   Worked for me! I had to fill out the form, which makes you put in an email and create a password for your new BreatheRight account. Then sign in, and click which sample you want, then submit and it said it worked.

    It tells my my password is the incorrect format, so I tried all kinds of combinations. Then I thought maybe I already had an account but it doesn’t have a ‘forgot password’ option and so I don’t know what I used.

    Yes,I keep getting ‘enter a valid last name ‘ however I’ve entered my name & it just doesn’t seem to like it,also it doesn’t have any place for me to choose what kind of strip I want…so maybe they are out? 🙁

    I had the same issue…saying “Failure” for my password…than tried only 6 characters and it worked.
