It really depends. My daughter is almost 2 and is a size 5 so she would be size small. Some kids have big feet though!

FYI the joe boxer slippers showed up Buy 1 get 1 free when I added them to my card. So i paid 16.00 for 4 pair. The shoe15 doesn’t work but still a good deal.
