Am I the only one who always has issues with the Kmart website? I can never add anything to my cart, even if it’s in stock. It’s terrible!

    • karen

      me too! what’s with that????

    • Stephanie

      Likewise

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi Jennifer! You may want to try again?! I updated the links to all go to the individual product. Hopefully that helps!

      • Jennifer

Thanks Collin! I don’t think that was the issue, though. The original link worked fine. I think it’s just a Kmart website issue. They really should invest in some updates so that it works better.

    • NoRe

I was having the same issue until I noticied it’d show “out of stock” as soon as Id click add to cart. Message only last about 2 seconds if anything. HTH.

    • Mona

Jennifer, I absolutely hate shopping on kmarts website. I was paying when it gave me an error sign for the page to only automatically refresh and clear out my cart. What?!?! So annoyed. Went back to add it to find all colors out of stock. Really annoying.

      • kim

I couldn’t add it to my cart either until I logged in. Then I had no problem

    • td

Their website is slow. I called customer service last week. It does not update in real time. That is why it is in stock, but then you can’t add it to the cart, the site freezes up, or you get an out of stock message. Gentleman said they are trying to work on it.

    • Miranda

I have the same problem 🙁

  2. April

Can points be used on purchase and still get points back?

    • CouponAddictforLife

yes as long as you spend at least $0.01 oop and screen shot your checkout you should be fine to use your points and should still get the $20 back

  3. Kim

I can add it because I have a shop my rewards card but it only gives me 300 points which is $3.00. What am I doing wrong?

    • s

      300 points is $0.30

    • Janet

300 pts is actually .30 cents not $3.00

      • Kim

you are right! That is the .30 but where is the $20.00

        • s

Are you paying with points only?

    • april

Mine initially said the same thing, but when I went to my cart it showed up as $20 back in points!

  4. Kathy Earls

I couldn’t add one to my cart so I opened a new page to kmart.com and searched the item myself. I could add it then.

    • Kim

did you get the 20.30 in points?

      • Kathy Earls

Yes I did get the points.

    • Niki

Thanks Kathy…I tried this way and it worked.

    • karen

that SOOOOO worked for me. thanks!

  5. kelly m

thank you> i got it and the points

    • Kim

      how?

  6. christy

It worked for me on the red one. I used 29000 in points and got back 20300.

  7. mel

I have this Dutch Oven. Love it!

    • Heather C.

      Is the lid ovenproof? TIA!

      • s

From the description, “Use this pot in the oven or on the stovetop with or without its lid”

        • mel

I believe the handle is made of stainless steel, the lid itself is also cast iron. Personally I have never put it in the oven with the lid. I have a cast iron top from my grandmothers set that fits this pot perfectly whenever I ever need to put it in the oven (usually for my Dutch Oven bread). I’ve read that you can order a metal top to replace the stainless steel if you are worried about the temperature damaging it.

  8. Peg

    not adding

  9. Josh

Check your email. I had a shop your way rewards email for an extra $5 in points when you redeem your points on the purchase. I also had a coupon in my account for 15% off one home item, which deducted another $4.50, so it seems like I couldn’t afford not to buy this.

    • ann

i have the email is there a code for the coupon i click on the link and it takes me to kmart but dont see how to add coupon thanks

      • s

Did anybody receive the $5.00 bonus yet (from the email) or will this be a struggle to get back with SYWR as they will come up with all sorts of excuses

        • Happymama

I got the email too, but no points. Maybe the personal shoppers will send them out soon?

          • CouponAddictforLife

Actually, I’m a personal shopper for shopyourway and they did not tell us about this promo. lol however, I asked my manager about it and she said those that received it will receive $5 back in points when they redeem $5+ in a single order before valentines day. The points should be added within 24hours but if you don’t get them, you will need to write them at info@shopyourway.com

            • Happymama

              Thanks!

            • s

The odd thing is that my friend received that email to spend all of your points and receive $5 back and he only has 200 points! So… who knows

  10. Becky

Ok so I’m completely unintelligent when it comes to cooking. I don’t do it much. What is the difference between a Dutch oven and a regular pot?

    • Sweet

I had the same question. 🙂 I am not sure how to use this.

    • tracee

With a cast iron dutch oven, it keeps heated really well. It cooks evenly, and is virtually non stick. (It browns meat amazingly!) You can do so much with it! Make soups, roast whole chickens, roasts, and even make bread! Goes from the stove, right into the ove ! There are tons of ideas on pinterest! That’s where I found most of mine! I dont know how I ever survived without the dutch oven. Lol

    • tracee

I dont have this specific brand though. So not sure if all are the same. One difference I see is mine has a metal handle.

    • Monica

A dutch oven is made out of cast iron so you can sear meat on the stovetop and then put it in the oven to cook. It makes the best roast! The enameled dutch oven is covered in porcelain so it can be easier to clean than a regular cast iron pan.

      • Becky

Thank you for the info! That seems like a great item to have in the kitchen!

  11. Kristy

Thanks Collin!! Have been wanting one of these for a while. Used points and earned points. Considering the points earned, I’m less than $5 out of pocket! SCORE!!

  12. Just Me

I’m always confused. Can I pay all points me still get the full points? I’d love to roll these deals but only if I’m getting all my points when paying with previously earned points

    • V

As long as you pay at least 0.01 out of pocket, you will get full points. i.e. Pay 29.98 with points and 0.01 OOP and you will get $20 in points back.

      • aachitty

How do you pay $0.01 and apply points? I’d like to do it this way, but don’t know how. TIA!

        • V

There will be a section during checkout that says apply points and it will put the full amount (ie 29090) for $0 out of pocket, adjust that to 29080 and it will charge $0.01 and you should still see the $20 of points back.

          • aachitty

            Perfect! Thanks SO much!!

  13. Susan

Beware of the quality of this brand. We had a Le Crueset for 10+ years and had to replace it because it got dropped on a tile floor. We tried several less expensive enameled dutch ovens. This brand was ready for the trash in a few months.

    • Rachel

Really appreciate your input! I’d rather spend a little more for something that will last 🙂

      • mel

I’ve had mine for 3+ years and it is fine. Why was yours ready for the trash?

    • Kimberly

Le Creuset has bad customer service though, I have taken well care of mine and when a clear defect that should have been replaced happened I had to pay shipping to them and they threw it away and refused to replace. Out over $300 in just a few months went to Amazon to see if it happened to anyone else and it happens all the time. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I will look into this one though based on Mels review thanks.

      • molly

Ugh. I have one that I really would like to send in, but i see so many negative horror stories. So much for a life time warrenty.

  14. Kelly

I only see 300 points too, am I missing something?

    • s

Add to cart then go to cart to see the actual points

  15. s

I grabbed the dark blue… showing I will get back $20.30 in points… PLUS I received an email this morning saying “You personal shopper is handing out points of love… redeem you’re points and you’ll earn an extra $5 in surprise points” Sweet

  16. athena

Yay!!! It worked. Thanks for posting this awesome deal. I had to manually search for the product in order to add the product to my cart. I bought the red one and it gave me $20.30 in reward points to use next time!

    • Kim

is that when you check out?

  17. Terri Harrison

Clicked on every color and they all state “Availability & Rewards
Members earn 300 SHOP YOUR WAYSM points on this item.” Not $20.30 in reward points.

    • s

Did you actually add to cart and then go to cart? It will show on that screen

  18. Jody

Seems like a great price, but some of the reviews aren’t that great (melting handle, exploding things in the oven). Too bad. Been looking for a good deal on a Dutch oven.

    • s

      Has a limited lifetime warranty

  19. Peg

got it to work, I had to go to the kmart site but not through the link. Darn I forgot to go to ebates first. Anyway got a blue and a red one. $20.30 in points on each one. Going in my Christmas stash.

  20. Niki

I was able to order it and got the points as well 🙂

    • aachitty

Did you have to pay a portion in addition to using previously banked points?

  21. Kim

I got it to work too. I had to go to Kmart.com to get the points! Awesome!

  22. kirthi

    HI,
thanks for the post. I was looking for countertop microwave for long. After seeing the post, i thought to try order micrwave and check whether i am getting 20$ cash back. To my surprise ,i will get 20$ cash back even for microwave. Also i loaded 10$ cash back for 50$ order coupon. So i will get 30$ cash back and i used 7$ surprise points.(Kenmore 1.1 c f 1100 watt countertop microwave -89$)( 89-7$ surprise point – 30$ cash back=52$) good deal

  23. Vishnu

Not available for shipping, but was able to do in store pick up on the red.

  24. ann

how do i add the email coupon i dont see a code for it thanks

  25. Carrie F.

This was available in my area!! I added the Sandra Lee spatula for $3.50 and the SYWR amount went from $20.30 to $25.34. Since I added the spatula, I was able to use $10 SYWR for my purchase of greater than $30…making my SYWR amount to $35.34 and my total purchase was $35.49 with store pick up. 15 cent purchase….yeah!!!

    • Heather C.

      Nice!

    • molly

Did you get the $25 in points?? I did the same order, but only received yhe $20.30. Even though it clearly stated I’d get the $25 when i placed the order.

      • Carrie F.

Yes, I got the $25.34 in points (for the spatula and Dutch oven combo). I pick it up tomorrow so hopefully it’ll show up soon on my SYWR account.

  26. Abby

How do I make a $0.01 payment and then apply points so that I get the full 20,300 points? And how do I get the 5,000 bonus points I got an email about? My checkout only shows that I will get the 20,300 (which disappears when I apply current points to pay for purchase). It doesn’t show anything about the bonus 5,000. I’m late to the Shop Your Way rolling game but I got some over Christmas and now don’t know how to maximize the “system”.

    • mel

After you check the box that you want to apply points, it should give you the option to change the amount. Decrease it by however many points so you have a balance to pay.

      • aachitty

        Thanks! It worked!!

  27. Monica

Did everyone get their rewards immediately? I ordered this but I don’t see the points in my shop your way rewards account.

    • Carrie F.

I haven’t yet. I paid with PayPal. I read it can take 7-10 days….but I’m wondering the same since this is my first time using SYWR.

      • s

The points will usually show once the item is pulled and entered into system for pickup

    • Happymama

I got a purse a few days ago and I was supposed to earn $10 back. I got the points when my order was ready for pick up.

    • CouponAddictforLife

the points will be added to your account when your order ships or is ready for pickup.

    • CouponAddictforLife

      Great find!!!

  28. Denise

I had a $15% off coupon that I was able to apply to the order as well so be sure and check that

  29. mrsf15e

I found a 20% off home goods coupon in my account I added. I did need to go out and come back in to the site to get the cart to work.

  30. Liz

I tried everything … and im not seeing the 20000 points…im on the last page and its still showing 300 points…what am i doing wrong?

    • Holly

Mine would only show it on my phone. I tried on the desktop and wasn’t getting 20.30 back in points. I had to use the ebates app to get it to show up there.

  31. India

Got it, thanks! I had some points so I spent $9 out of pocket and got the $20.30 worth of points back! Super excited! 🙂

  32. Jamie

This is such a good deal! I have been able to find 3.5 qt dutch ovens for around $26, but never the 5.5 or 6 qt, they are always around $40-60. Even $29 is a good deal for this size, but with those points – wow!!! I am glad my store still had some left in stock!

  33. shirley

Beware there are complaints on the lids melted when put in the oven and the enamel came off after several uses. This is not safe to use.

  34. CouponAddictforLife

For anyone interested – I am a personal shopper for syw and if you wanna sign up as a FREE client you will automatically be sent a coupon for $5 back in points on a $25+ purchase, making this only $4.99 after points – and if you add the spatula Carrie posted, you will get back $30 in points and will only spend $33.48+tax, so only $3.48+tax for both after points! Just click on my name and then click on the tab “Shop Your Way Personal Shopper” or find me on facebook – I also would be happy to help anyone one on one with any questions you may have

    • Happymama

Thanks for the .77 tampon deal on Amazon btw!

      • CouponAddictforLife

        you are super welcome!

    • ami

I placed my order this morning and used my points with little oop. My order is ready for pickup but I did not get any points back. I talked with sywr rep and she was very rude and she told me she wont gimme points as I used points for my purchase

      • Gail

Hi there! It should state on your order confirmation how many points you should expect to post to your account. I ordered three different items, and my order confirmation says that I earned $62.44 worth of points. None of these have posted yet, but it was in my summary also, before I finalized my order. Did you pay anything OOP?

        • ami

yes I paid little oop. I have screenshot as well. But the lady at sywr was very rude and said that she is working at sywr and she knows all the rules. She told me she is not going to issue me the bonus points as I have paid with points. I paid $2 oop and my order says I will get 20000 points back.

          • CouponAddictforLife

e-mail a photo of that screen shot to info@shopyourway. com and they should add them for you – I always have rotten luck calling in, but every time I have e-mailed them a screen shot they have added the points back for me

            • ami

Thanks I will send them screenshot. I order same dutch oven with little oop from my husband’s account and got back points.

            • Gail

Ami, you are not alone. It turns out I was shorted $35.45 in points. 🙁 I have already sent an e-mail, forwarded from my order confirmation. We will see what happens!

            • Gail

I received an e-mail back, and all of my points have been credited. Woot! 🙂

  35. Feather

When I added the 20% off coupon, my points total went down from 25.34 to 20.75 anyone know why? I ordered the oven and the spatula..I didn’t feel like trying to figure it out so I just removed the coupon but curious to know why that happend.

    • CouponAddictforLife

You have to pay at least $30 oop to get the extra $5 to work

      • Robin

I was able to use my $5.00 in points and still receive the full rewards amount. No $30.00 oop here.

        • CouponAddictforLife

Maybe its different for each account (love syw haha) but when I was trying it, I could use $3.48 in points and it would leave the extra $5, but when I tried to redeem $3.49+ in points, it dropped it down to $20 back in points instead of $25.

  36. 4ella

I got the red one month ago for regular price 🙁 so now I ordered blue one, and got my points 🙂 thanks

  37. Nicole

I have a coupon that takes $5 off $30, but I don’t get the extra SYW points when adding the $3.49 spatula that I didn’t really need. So my SYW points = $20.29 with or without the spatula.

What is the cheapest item, I can buy to add take my total for $29.99 to $30?

    • CouponAddictforLife

the cheapest item I found was a salt and pepper shaker for $2.79 – almost any sandra lee product will trigger the extra $5 in points – your total just has to be $30+ to get that from what I see

  38. kim

Ladies, please help me understand this product. This is dump question, Is it only use in the oven? I bought one since it is a good not even know how to use it. Thanks you ladies in advance 🙂

    • 4Ella

I never use my in the oven only on the stove 🙂 You can use it both ways.

  39. Lori

Is this on sale in store also ?

  40. 4Ella

I got a blue one for $31 with tax, than when I got my points the next day got another blue one for my friend and one spatula, used $10 coupon, applied my points from the first one, ended up paying $1.70 and got again another $21 in points 🙂 Thanks

  41. Jan LaChance

My 5.5 quart cast iron pan cracked, his fo I get it replaced ?
