The two pack is the ones that should be giving you the ECBs for their extra value days04/06-04/25. So it may be a glich if the single boxes gave you the ECBs, But a good one ๐Ÿ™‚

So the limit on the single boxes is 5 not 3? TIA

      • ginger

No. The limit is 3 for single boxes.

        • Nick

          Limit is actually 6.

  7. Julie

When I pull up SavingsStar on this item, under ‘submit receipt’, CVS doesn’t come up as an option. What am I doing wrong?

    • Abby

With CVS, you link your CVS card to SavingStar and it gets the info on what you bought from your card–no submitting receipts.

  8. Cece

Yup I just ran and got mine and it generated the extra bucks woo hoo so excited

  9. Meg

    Hey Julie,
You don’t submit receipt for CVS. You should have linked/saved your CVS extracare card with Savingstar.
    HTH

    • Shirley

Meg, How do you link your card to Savingstar? I just opened the app and don’t see how to do it….

      • cece

I wasn’t able to do it by app either. I had to go online and link it.

      • Brooke

Hi, Shirley. You go to “stores” on the bottom of the app, then to the ” ” in the upper right corner. Find the store in your area you want to link a card to and then you can add the card number.

  10. Mrs.m

Worked for me in Ga. Thanks

  11. Denise

Just got these and it works!!!! Ended up being $.50 a single box at CVS in Fort Wayne, IN

  12. April

Worked for me the cereal is 4.19 here but I had $7 ecb to roll. Definitely worth it.

  13. Stacy

I just did it for one box regular Cherrios(4.69) and got a coupon on the box for B1G1 free. I used the $50 MFR and got the $3 ECB. Thinking I should go back and get 2 more boxes. Will it work with a limit of 3 for single boxes? I’ll get the honey nut this time and utilize the savings star. The coupon is for any general mill cereals up to $4

    • Stacy

Oops.. Cheerios not Cherrios and 50 cents not $50, lol.

      • L

I’m thinking what will happen is you use it, and will get back $6 ECB. So that may even be a MM for you.

  14. Jen

Can I link my card to saving star after the fact? I just bought the Honey Nut Cheerios and would like to get the savings from saving star. I do not yet have a saving star account. Thank you!

    • Elaine

Yes, you can link it after the fact. I think as long as you do within a day of the purchase it will still post automatically. It can take longer than usual to post though. My first CVS rebate just posted today and I bought the item back before Easter.

  15. Alisha

I have $30 off vera bradley purchase of $125 or more, valid through 4/15, willing to trade for secret rewards cards. Anyone? girly.girl1@icloud.com

  16. juli

The small box was 4.59 for me. I thought that was still expensive since I don’t do savingstar and wasn’t totally sure if I’d get the $3 extrabuck. Ohhh well maybe there will be a better deal soon.

    • Rose

      Same here..4.59 per box ๐Ÿ™

      • campanita

Here in So. California $4.99, it seems that everything is more expensive here ๐Ÿ™

  17. Elaine

Worked for me! I didn’t have a chance to print out the .50 coupons but I had $1/3 coupon with me so I was able to use that. Came to $2 for 3 after rewards and rebate. Not a bad deal, plus all the boxes have codes for free ebooks, which my daughter was excited about.

Starting Sunday, cheerios are $1.99 and 2/$7. There are 2 sales, varies by size and flavor.

    • mel

I saw that… I wonder if the ECB will still print?

  33. Haseena

    Worked at 2 pm EST.

  34. Jane

Hi Everyone, I have a question. Do I have to buy the Cheerios 1 box per each transaction or can I buy two or three in one transaction and still get the ECB for each box.

    • April Adams

I bought three at once and got back $9 ecb

      • Jane

Thanks for the reply! That’s great! I’ll be visiting my local CVS in a bit and I wasn’t sure. Thanks again, April! ๐Ÿ˜€

  35. Tina

Has anyone had success in DFW? The Honeynut Cheerios 2-pack deal that we think is these on single boxes, is listed as “not available” at my store, when I look up the deal online.

  36. Katie

$4.39 in Arnold, MD. $3 ECB is working.

  37. Amy

  40. Mary

Has anybody tried this on Thursday morning? Thank you.

  41. Maggie

Just bought 2 honey, 1 reg Thursday after buying 2 honey, 1 reg Tuesday ($9 printed) and a $6 & $3 ECB PRINTED today, Thursday. So total I bought 4 honey nut, 2 regular Cheerios and all produced $3Ecbs on same account…not sure what differentiated the $6&$3 separate Ecbs today, but it worked, thanks.

  42. Kathy

    still working?

  43. Vivien

Ladies! Does your store put the $3 ECB sign on the item label ? I want to have a try this afternoon! Thanks!

  44. Mary

Just bought the Honey Nut ones at 12:15 pm ET and it is still working. No sign on item label. My store’s price was $4.49.

  45. Tony T

Just worked for me in Chicago as well. Cashier even offered to get me the twin pack instead. I politely declined. When she printed receipt was said. . . oh, it gave you the ECB’s anyways!!

  46. Fanny

Just bought the Honey Nut Cheerios in NYC at 3:45pm. Still works!

  47. Kathy

Just worked for me in NY today. I got 6 HN Cheereos and 3 Regular. I got a $9 and an $!8 ecb. I also used my 25% off so they ended up being 50c a box. Too bad my printed is on the fritz so I didn’t have any q or they would have been free.

  48. Sarah

Does anyone know whether the ECB is still produced this week? The Cheerios deal still is tracking on my receipt, so if I can but it at $1.99 and get a $3 ECB I’m running back to check if there are any boxes left at my store :). Just curious if anyone tried today Sunday

    • Coleen

Nope, just tried it. No extra bucks generated.
