I love the 99 cent store, They have so much food there. Bread, fresh fruit and veggies. Fridge and freezer section.

Agree. It’s hit or miss, but the deals can be incredible. Just be prepared to stock-up big time when you see something exceptional. Still have a few cans of the wild salmon from 2 years ago. 99 cent bacon deals have been replaced with a 1.99-2.99 versions..still a good price. Eggs have gone up to 1.99(ca. issue) Currently, I’ve loaded up on post goodness breakfast/anytime to-go 12 oz 4 packs. Contains dairy, but 15 g protein with a July best used by date and tgif wings. When I got the digourna pizzas I had to use 2 other family members freezers to store them.

I notice the coupon policy says limit of 2 internet coupons per household per day 😞

Who do we complain to when coupons fail to print and then say you’ve already printed. >=(

For teachers or others who work in schools, larger Dollar Trees have great deals on teacher supplies and small prizes for kids. Also, greeting cards are expensive at drug stores and there are some nice ones (usually 2 for $1) there.

I was able to find Garnier Fructis Style Power Wax Spray for Men 6oz as well as the Power Hairspray for Men..used the $1/1 styler coupon from the 3/29 RP (expires 4/25) which made them free!! These are a new product at one of my Dollar Tree locations

I was just telling someone today about making a rainy day basket for her kids. I buy pompoms, colored pipe cleaners, cheap paper plates, glitter, glue sticks, tissue paper, construction paper, googly eyes, clothepins, even a basket to keep it all in. There is so much stuff there to spark creativity. I also like the snack foods, we have done road trips with the grandkids the past two summers, and you can find all sorts of packages of nuts, crackers, even the big movie-theater boxes of candy. So much cheaper than the roadside gas stations.

We go to Dollar tree for bubble bath for my 2 year old. Last time they had a huge bottle with Minions on it. She was so happy, and much better than buying frozen themed ones for $3 at Target. They worked much better than the Dora ones at 99 cent store.

We also go there for pretzels hamburger helper and the like

    Thanks for the awesome video!

I tried to use a coupon at Dollar Tree last week- it was a manufactures coupon but because it said Walgreens at the bottom they told me they could not accept it…that they don’t accept other stores coupons. I tried to explain that it was a manufactures coupon and the cashier and the manager both said no.

I love our $Tree! I get chicken and sausage cheaper there! LOL Not to mention baby stuff! I just got a 5 pack of diapers for $1 and that’s perfect for my granddaughter’s visit. I only use about 5 or 6 when she’s here! Not to mention the food products, snacks, etc. I spend about half my grocery allowance at the $Tree and get plenty of food!

When they first started taking coupons, I had to tell the cashier how to read the coupon I had given her! She told me I couldn’t use it and I told her yes I could and read it to her and then she called the manager who then took the coupon! LOL 🙂

Yes you can only use 2 printed coupons, but if you bring a family member, they can use 2 more printed coupons for you. 🙂

@Kelli I would call the 800 number (1-877-530-8733) and tell them which store did this, they need to have a refresher course in accepting coupons.
