You can use the % off on any regular price item. This becomes a headache so I usually use them with food items I normally wouldn’t buy there.
Yes. Percentage coupons cannot be used on sale items. BUT, can be used with items that print ECB, store and manufacture coupons and ECB that are used as payment – does not effect ECB that print.

Most of the Red Plum coupons are from a newspaper insert but Red Plum inserts aren’t available in all areas. I don’t get them in Virginia but I did get them in Washington State

Why don’t u use $3 off 1 huggie coupon? There is no size restrictions
If you use the $3.00 off coupon you have to buy little movers or little snuggle diapers. The snug and dry are cheaper. It’s just the deal. You can do what works best for you or what your able to find at your cvs store.

I have the bag from a previous same deal. It’s on the small side. The 30%off bag coupon only prints once per card from the red machine.
You don’t need to literally fill it, my store had them behind the counter and gave it when I used the coupon durine checkout.

It’s simple at my store. Just ask the clerk they fill out a little paper that doesn’t expire. You can claim it any time at any cvs. Pretty easy.
I have another one waiting to be used. Very easy, just ask for raincheck for what item, hang onto the paper they give you. Cam also be used with coupons, ECB ect when claiming.
Like Ashland said, never expires and can use at any store. The terms are on the back of the paper.

For the 30% off CVS brands coupon, I’m going to get 2 of the CVS brand Biotin chews priced at 9.99 each that are BOGO. I should be able to combine these sales right? That would make it 6.99 for 2? I also have a $5 off $15 CVS coupon, can I combine all 3?
The ad as the exclusions, Collin’s picture misses them…Percentage not valid on sale items (BOGO is considered a sale). CVS does have the weekly ad online now.
You could use the $5 on the BOGO, but not all 3.

Printable manufacturer coupons are valid in any state.
It’s typically dairy coupons that are excluded in certain states (coupon would state) due to stricter dairy laws.

Yes, it is a Canadian coupon. I printed it and it doesn’t have correct bar codes and in the fine print says to send to New Brusnwick.

Rebecca, you need to spend $30 before coupons. just make sure to give the $6 off coupon first. and be careful if you’re using ecb’s to pay. if the cashier hits the subtotal key and then scans the ecb’s, then sometimes the register will take off the $6 coupon. i’ve had this happen to me. Just keep an eye on the computer readout of the register and you’ll know what happens. hope this helps some.

I gave my $6/30 first, then ecbs, then manuf coupons and the register STILL kicked out my $6 off. She said there was another register update, and now $/$$ offers have to after ALL coupons, including bucks, have been deducted. That stinks big time if true. I wasn’t going to hold up the line, so I paid. Annoyed b/c my total should have been $6 less :sigh:
I was told the same thing that the store coupon applies all after coupons . So I told them to void it cuz it was frustrating at this point…..and went to a different store it went thru smoothly without a problem but there I made sure they scan that cvs email “$4 off 20 purchase ” first…. Its all messed up. I bought two 3 packs of toothbrushes, paid a little over $10, got back $20 ECB. Then rolled it into four packs of Scott paper towels. But even though the glitch is fixed, now some are saying even though it is a $3 ECB it actually is taking $10 off the total order when you use it.

There was a doozy of a glitch on Sat night, some how the Colgate multipack deal was printing as a $10 ECB rather than $3 ECB. It was killed real quick Sun morning. I hadn’t read about the glitch at that point, as I was already planning on buying the multipack toothbrushes , and $3 ECB printed. Got home and was reading about the glitch on another board, people saying the $3 ECB was still taking off $10. So I headed right back out, did the Coke deal and the $3 ECB took off $10!! Cashier was like What? Um, IDK if this is right, but well since that is what the register is taking off, i’m not fooling with it!
I finished the deal in one transaction and got a $6 ecb. Will it ring up for $20? I’m scared to use it.
Unfortunately, the One-A-Day VitaCraves on clearance won’t ring up Buy One Get One 50% Off. I just tried the offer. Still, after the $5/2 coupon, I only paid $5.48 for 2 ($2.74 each). A good deal for vitamins priced at $10.49 each! 🙂
I LOVE CVS!! I can’t believe I used to pay full price for toilet paper and diapers. Every time there is a diaper deal I roll my ecbs for free TP! Today I got 4 packages of little movers huggies, 1 package of Scott’s TP and 2 Almay eye shadows for 14.89 can’t beat that!!

Yes, you can. But the register will calculate the % off after any purchase offers. so 30% would be off $4 if you use the $2 off $6 in lotion. HTH!

The hallmark 99 cents cards are producing the $3 ECB. I held onto a cvs red box coupon for a buy one get one free off any two cards coupon, which made for a nice money maker on Mother’s Day cards.

I am new to CVS, switched to that store since Rite Aid stopped the +ups. I just had a terrible shopping trip where I got a pretty rude cashier with a line of people behind me.
I was trying to buy the buy 1 get 2 free Arm and Hammer laundry detergents. I had a $3 ECB from a few weeks ago, and I had $3 ECB for downloading the CVS app. I tried to use both and one of them “voided” the other on my receipt. So the cashier said that they must be the same coupon and that I cannot use it twice. I told him that they were different coupons with different expiration dates. He rudely just said there was nothing he could do and take it or leave it.
So I made my purchase only using one of the $3 ECB and then I asked the cashier if he should be giving me back my paper coupon, since I dont know which ECB was used. He said he couldn’t do that and he “thinks” the coupon that wasnt used was the one on my mobile app, but he couldn’t be sure.
So I left with my less than desired deal and who knows if I lost the other $3 ECB that I wasn’t able to use. Did I do something wrong? Am I only allowed to use one of those, even if I was purchasing 3 items? Rite aid lets you use as many ups and you want.
Sort of makes me want to quit couponing.
From the sound of it, that cashier was completely in the wrong. I would talk to the manager quickly about the problem to get him retrained. If that fails, call Corporate. Sorry you had such a bad experience at CVS. That sound like Walgreens material there, not CVS behavior. :\
IDK, something is wacky with the CVS registers lately. You should be able to use as many ECBs as you want as long to get to a $0 subtotal, as it doesn’t go into a negative. I had a problem myself today, and the cashier was rather rude to me as well. As annoyed as I was earlier, I’ve gotten over it. Don’t let a rude/unknowledgable cashier stop you from couponing. I’d call CS on Tuesday (just so the system has time to catch up from the transaction) maybe they can look into your acct and tell which $3 ECB was exactly used. If it was the $3 mobile offer, they can possibly resend the other $3 to your acct w/in 48 hrs.

I hate that that happened to you! And nothing makes it worse than having a line of people behind you with a deal not working and a rude cashier. They have more than one register and should have had another one open. If it were me, I would either go back with your receipt and go over it with the manager and he should give u what u over spent in extra bucks or call corporate and have them issue your bucks. Don’t give up on cvs. Go to another store.
It would be so much more convenient to have the print button at the end of each list. I have forgotten so many times to go back and hit the print button, hit the back arrow to see what is next and lose my whole checked list.

The coupon policy says you can use each coupon so long as the amount of each coupon is me, so you’d need $30. However, I had been reading that since one is a general purchase and the other is a specific department coupon, the register *may* allow both. YMMV, some stores are more coupon friendly than others.

On my CVS app in Las Vegas, they are showing the Loreal advance treatments at the sale price of 399. there’s stuff $3 off of one treatment or family size shampoo or conditioner that expires in May… I’m going to go find out if it’s a deal or not, keep you posted

I just got back from CVS. I bought 3x Coke 12 pks at 3/9.00 and 5x Coke 2 liters at 1.25 each (they were supposed to be 4/5.00 with a limit of 4 but all of them rang up at the sale price). I used a $5/$15 purchase coupon, and $6 in ECBs, paid $4.25 and got a $5 ECB back.
This deal is supposed to be a limit of one, but at the bottom of my receipt it says “amount needed to earn reward 14.75” and does not say Limit Reached. Does everyone think, despite the ad saying there are limits on the Coke sale products, that I could do it again? The 5th 2 liter did ring up at the sale price, even though the ad said a limit of 4.
Is there any way to tell ahead of time, before checking out, if 12 packs will ring up at 3.00 or full price? TIA

Tracey, you can scan any product at the redbox and it will tell you the price. I have heard that if there is a limit on the amount of items you can purchase, like your limit of 4, that any items purchased above that will ring in at full price. Guess you just blew that out of the water.
Also, if your receipt doesn’t state “limit reached”, you are good to do it again! Happy shopping!
Thank you. I didn’t know I could scan at the machine! Actually, I realized that my 5 bottles of Coke were in two separate transactions. I totally forgot that! I thought I had $15 for the ECB but after I paid the cashier pointed out that I was still $1 away (because the 12 packs were on sale 3/$9 and not 3/$10 like I thought). So I sent DD back to grab another 2 liter!
I went back today and was able to get another 3 12 packs and 5 2 liters. I did pay full price for the last 2 liter, which was $2.19 instead of the $1.25 sale price. The cashier offered to ring it up separately, but I had that $5/$15 coupon and would have only been at $14 without it lol.
SO, now I know it is limit of 4 (or whatever amount) per transaction, not total per person/week whatever.
