It stands for Smart Source, one of the coupon inserts in the Sunday paper. So the 5/10 SS, would have been a Smart Source insert in this past Sundays paper

I think in the past the movie ticket has been good for any movie. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure it’s just a free ticket.

Sometimes, on these movie deals, the fine print says its good for any movie. Has anyone used this deal and can tell us if its good for any movie or just Pitch Perfect 2?
Yes, it happened to me before because it does not expire even when the movie showing is over.
Yea I’ve done this and it’s specifically for Pitch Perfect 2. I was hoping it could be used on any movie as I don’t want to see this.
I can’t even give it to someone as the ticket has my full name on it.
If you don’t mind giving the ticket to a friend or relative, the theaters don’t usually care whose name is on the ticket. I’ve only had to show my ID for 2 of the two dozen private advanced movie screening I’ve ever been to.

I got 2 tickets this way about 2 weeks ago, and when I tried to get another with my mothers phone and address it responded that this promotion was out of tickets. Unless it was just out of the Target ones.

I did this on Tues. as part of a bonus points transaction and got two of the free tickets!
I put two of the codes in my son’s name and used another email address for one of his friends. My son got his tickets to the opening show with no problem. I also emailed 4 more codes to him. He was going to use two to see the movie again with a friend and give away the codes to another friend. You have to use different email addresses and I got a total of 7 different codes so my son was happy. I couldn’t use the codes and thought this would help him out.

I did the transaction multiple times because I had coupons and with the points booster and the 5000 points with the transaction it was worth it. We live in a small town and it was playing close by to use the movie tickets so I gave them to my son and his friends. He lives in a larger city and it was playing at several locations that accepted the coupons. Hope they enjoy the movie because he is going tonight and I told him to think of me while watching the movie.
It only gave me one ticket. The cashier said because it wasn’t over 20.00 after coupons

how much the refills are at Walgreens?
I saw the regular razors on sale for $9.99 and the pkg of refills were $14.99. It was the purple pkg I think they are the Hydro Silk (not disposables…) Not 100% sure if the $10/2 coupon would work. The coupon states its for ANY Hydro but the photo shows the mens version on that coupon. Worth a try…
Where did the 10/2 coupon come from?
According to the terms and conditions on the Schick website, the total must be $10 pre-tax and post-coupons. I am guessing Walgreens finally updated their systems to reflect the terms & conditions. Have to figure a new scenario to get above $20 after coupons and see if that will trigger 2 of the certificates…
Maybe 4 disposables & 2 shave cream…. OR 4 disposables & 4 shave creams would cost the same after rewards as 4 disposables & 2 shave creams. Going this afternoon to see what will work. Want to take my daughter to this movie and we both need razors & shave cream so might as well try to maximize my savings!

Walgreens can be tricky…It’s possible that even with this scenario it would only print one. So to be safe you may want to do two separate transactions. Good luck!

Here’s my update! Just returned from Walgreens. Seems there is no rhyme or reason to HOW the movie tickets are printing lol.
1st transaction:
2 razors & 2 shave gels along with 2 pks papermate mechanical pencils we needed. Printed 1 movie ticket offer.
2nd transaction. Same 2 razors & 2 shave gels, same prices & used same coupons… (different styles, but the same prices etc. but didn’t buy the pencils) it printed TWO movie ticket offers lol!
Now we can take one of my daughter’s friends to the movies with us! 🙂
At any rate, it was a good deal for me because I was going to take my daughter to see that movie, now I get free tickets & we are stocked on razors & shave gel for a little bit…

I bought 3 razors at 7.99 each and had $7 in coupons (paid less than $20 after coupons). It printed two tickets. I redeemed them and they have an expiration date of 7/31/15 and state that they are to see Pitch Perfect 2. Read the fine print and it looks like it is only good for Pitch Perfect 2.
Since the tickets are valid until July 31st, and pitch perfect 2 will most likely not still be in theaters’ then I wonder if they will let you use it towards something else. I think they work like movie cash and just go towards what movie the cashier enters.
Does anyone know how long this promotion is going?
I believe the Schick points deal is a monthly sale. But the razor sale prices are good until Saturday. Also if you go to the details from Schick (see link posted above) there are other stores participating. The fine print says if you buy the items at Walmart or CVS you can send in a copy of your receipt and they will text you your code.
I did this and it didn’t print any codes for me.

Ok, I did 2 transactions as above hip2save gave us and I did get 2 movie tickets each. Yay, so excited. Still need one more ticket and all our family can go see a movie!
I did the transaction just like Collin described and bought three sharpies so that I could use three register rewards and paid 52 cents and still got two ticket codes at around 6:00 tonight.
Did the transaction just as described, 2 separate times, and was given the 4 Catalinas no problem. Got home, entered the codes on the redemption site, and not one of the codes would go through. Said they were invalid. Any help would be great???

not sure if this helps of not, but i think where most people are having a problem is some of the packages are marked with the “rock your legs” promotion for pitch perfect and others are not. this is how my scenario went:
2 schick quatro disposables $9.49 each = $18.98
1 skintimate shave gel $1.79
total: $20.77
-5/2 printable from coupons.com (NLA)
-1/1 from bzzagent campaign
total: $14.77 + tax
and i got back 5000 BR points
i did get back 2 free tickets as well. I really think you have to get the ones that are marked with the pitch perfect 2 ad on them for it to work
