How do you use saving star at cvs I tried it before and it didn’t work ?
Add your CVS card to your Saving Star account. Then your savings are deposited automatically into your Saving Star acct.
Just got back from doing this! Love Hip2save
🙂
I am new on here….On “SavingStar, CVS is not listed? Im i doing something wrong? How do I had CVS to the list? please help… ty
You have to add your extracare card number. When you log into savingstar, click “my account” in the top right corner. It’ll open a page with a bunch of grey looking tabs. Click the one that says “stores”. Then from there you can add the grocery & drug stores loyalty cards in your area. It does take a few days for the card to verify, so I wouldn’t do the deal until you know for sure you card is active.
Once you make your purchase, the credit will appear several days later (CVS for me posts quick, usually within 48 hrs, though I have some offers take a wk to credit)
ooops… “how do I ADD”
Aaagh, the good ole days when you could just get it for free w/o all the hassles of these Ibotta and Saving Star things. :/
In my opinion, live is sweeter now that we have all of these great programs.
Ain’t that the truth, Craig! Now, all these programs are great, but think of all the information they are harvesting about you and selling it to others. There is most definitely a price to be paid for all these savings 🙁
Your information was out there long before ibotta and saving star. Every time you apply for a loan, credit card – store or otherwise, mortgage etc.
Yes of course, basic information was always available to some, but not the kind of detailed information about what I purchase when I go shopping and to a much larger group of people.
If you’ve ever paid with a credit card or debit card – they already knew what you were buying and selling this info to someone. It’s just the world we live in.
Craig, great minds must think alike. All this “modern, new improved, etc” stuff just makes life easier—-easier to get stressed and frustrated. I refuse to get a “smart” phone to be able to do these “saving” sites so I just stock up when there is a great deal without the ibotta and saving star added.
Agree with you Craig. Most of the time people end up abusing these programs anyway.
The extra care bucks will I qualify if I did this last month?? Thanks
I just got back from an awesome CVS trip. This was one of my purchases. Plays after I got done my receipt said I hadn’t reached my limit so I did the deal again with another coupon. I won’t get another saving star but this is my guys favorite deodorant so getting it for $1 is good for me. My receipt still said I could do it again after my 2nd but I didn’t have any more coupons with me. Not sure how many times it is allowing.
I have a $5 of $25. Is this be4 all the coupons and ECB? I know it use to be but I been over seas for 10 months and not sure if things changed. TIA
Theres a new cvs rebate..$20 rebate when u purchase $50 Olay products..Would love more details if anyone knows, coupons applied etc ?
Its like all other PG rebates, the $50 is before coupons/store rewards.
Is the RIght Guard deodorant coupon gone now? I don’t see it.
