I bought one in February and love the way it works but my button broke already. I had to do a return and exchange. It worked no problem with Jawbone but I thought that was pretty lame that it was already broken after such a short time of owning

I bought one in December for $50. Quit working in April. Same thing happened to my co worker. Quit working after a few months. I tried calling customer service and it was too troublesome to trouble shoot the problem.
Is the alarm silent (like does it have a vibrate option)?

I bought it 2 weeks ago at this same price. I love it so far. It’s not water proof and wonder if that’s where some of the issues are coming from. It’s not very eye pleasing like the fitbit but I only wear it at work and the gym so it’s not a problem for me!

I have the previous version, and it died after 7 months of use. I emailed with customer service, and they have been fantastic! Shipping a replacement and a bag for shipping the old one back postage paid! And yes, even though it is water-resistant, don’t wear it in the shower or around water if you want it to last longer.
I’m worried about the size. From reviews I’ve seen that the large isn’t very big but I have pretty small wrists. Would it be a waste to get this in large? Thanks!
Can you set the exact alarm time for the silent option? What does the silent alarm do? Thank you.
The alarm is only vibration, no sound. You can set up Manu different alarms, such as wake up (weekdays, weekends), inactivity, certain number of steps.
I’ve had it since last year and no problems so far.
Does your phone / tablet have to be on for this to work? Thanks.
