  When I open this coupon on my cell, it says ‘Show this screen to the cashier at checkout’. So it should work.

    Thank you so much for posting this deal! I didn’t intend on buying costumes in September, but a deal is a deal! I went to 2 Party City’s this morning and got my teens costumes! Plus since I didn’t wait until later on in October, they got their 1st choice bc they weren’t sold out! $39.99 costumes for $26 with tax!
