My printer had a jam a while ago and all the coupons I print now have a wiggle to them. Will Target accept them? Meijer has no problem scanning, but at Kroger they had to manually key in the amount. I want to head to Kmart and Target today, but I’m afraid that’s a recipe for disaster lol.

They could only price match one of the three refills but couldn’t match any if I wanted to use it with the gift card deal.

I have been to several stores in the Columbus, Ohio area since Sunday. The swiffer shelves are bare. I asked and they said they don’t know when they will get more. 🙁

My store was out of the duster refills but luckily I asked and they found 3 in the back.

Target is a scam! I have found this more times than not. You check the stock online. They have many. Yippee! You go there and nothing! You ask for help. Yup- they say they have stock but don’t now where it is. Really? Could it be that it’s a money maker and magically the stock will appear on the shelf after the sale? yes! So why put things on sale Target???

Sorry, you experience empty shelves. I always find the products the way the sake starts then they are gone. We have people that hide the products indifferent aisles. I followed a person that had a cart full of the wet jet wet refills and I watched her hide them (I grabbed them lol)

I feel your pain Laura. I have had this happen so many times, I rarely go there for anything anymore. This has soured me toward target.
I think once the manufactuer finds out out about the money maker or free item they have it pulled. Same thing happened with the dog treats last month. They only had empty places where it was supposed to be.
The website is a different system than in store. If you call beforehand, they can tell you based on their system if they have any. Target com has been not updating correctly.
Swiffer has been a part of a sale since at least last week, the warehouse seems to be out. I know my Target gets general merchandise trucks 3x week, but they can’t say when a particular item will come.
People do tend to take an item and set it down in the wrong spot, will take an employee some time to find it.
I realize that. But unless someone has hid 23 dry refills like a squirrel through out the store. Something seems fishy. Both online and in store show there is stock. This is not the first time I’ve run into this.

I agree – The smaller packages are always gone during the deals. I’ve never found them.
I went to the store 3 times last week after online said the the swiffer was in stock. Got to the store empty shelves.. Came back online still said instock.. Ordered them online 8:17 pm and and 8:31pm they were ready for pick up. So I got to the store and request a change of payment so I could use my coupons. Someone was lazy or behind slick but I got my swiffers. I repeated buying online for store pickup.. Smh!!
So that’s what I should do? Pay online then when I pick it up, request to change your payment, (different card or cash?) And I could still get the gift cards?
Just thought I would ad my two cents. I’ve never worked at target but, I worked at WalMart for many years on the sales floor. Let me tell you, the stock is hardly ever right. Or there is also the case when the stock just came in the night before. It will shoe the stock on the hand held but has not been brought to the floor or even correctly binned I’m the back so its just the stuck on one of the many pallets in the backroom. There are many scenarios why it may be off. Could it be a scam? Sure. But target doesn’t lose a penny with manufacturer coupons, they get it all reimbursed.
Quit being bitter! No store inventory system is 100% accurate. Stores are not hiding merchandise from you. Shoppers take stuff and stash them in other places so it’s not Targets fault. If it’s this kind of deal, you either be there first day of the sale or be bitter until the next time.
Bitter? No. My time is precious – as it is to many. I don’t the time, energy or gas to be running to Target only to find out the shelves are empty. But guaranteed the stock is full after the promotion.
You can check brickseek, to eliminate some store, but with such a hot deal there’s always a chance it’s gone when you get there. I’ve never ever been able to get the swifter deals before, but somehow this time I scored a ton! There was an employee yelling at the cashiers to not accept coupons, so they agreed to just take 4 of each type. Even without coupons it was totally worth buying- so this other girl said she did want a bunch of her’s and I was able to buy them! So excited especially since my lil ones going to crawl soon, I’ll have to keep the floors spotless!
I just know that they can take 4 of each type coupons per transaction and 2 transactions at the time.
Just an FYI. I was at my local Target this morning in Delaware and they had several 3packs of Colgate on the end cap. Original price $5.99 per 3pack on clearance for $1.54. Then I had coupons from coupons.com for $1.00 off one Colgate. So I ended up getting each 3pack for only $.54. I was thrilled!!! 🙂 Oh and they restocked the $3.99 dry Swiffer refills so I was able to finally get that deal too. Today was a GREAT day.

Mine worked fine. The coupon was for the “Swiffer Duster” but worked on the “Swiffer Refill” pack that comes with five dusters and one handle thing.
I printed all of these coupons and unfortunately the Swiffer Wet Mopping Cloths Refill 12 ct listed at $3.99 each here was really $6.89 PER package at my Target. Waaa!

You really can’t blame them for being low stock or out especially with folks clearing the shelves with last week’s deal. I mean, this deal is good even if you have no coupons at all. I’ve been able to find some swifter items and I’m happy with what I have. ☺️
I’m not blaming them for being low on stock. I’m fine with a big ole 0. But when brickseek says they have over 25 and the shelves are empty. AND the employees say there’s stock but don’t know where. That’s what’s frustrating.
The Target I went to today in Wheeling, IL did not have the stickers up for the gift card on the lower priced refills, only the higher priced ones. Has anyone come across this? I was there, coupons in hand, ready to buy them (there were plenty in stock) but was worried I would not get the gift card at checkout. And the deal isn’t nearly as good on the $7.99 and $9.99 refills!
Yes, the 3.99 weren’t labeled at my store either, but I just took them to checkout and asked if she would check them and sure enough, I got my $10 gift card!!!

I know everything is gone at my local Target. Since Kmart is having double coupon week this week, I bought two swiffer duster starter kits($4.99) using $2.00 off swiffer duster starter coupons and paid only .99cent each! Its not money maker but still good deal.:)
(You have to spend $25 for double coupons, limit 5 coupons, up to $2.00)
I have never been able to find Swiffer products in the smaller size boxes in my area when there is a Target promo. The shelves are wiped.
I went on Tuesday. My store manager researched the products I wanted– the Swiffer duster starter and the dry refills. He indicated to me that in a 107 stores in area there is not a single box of this product and would not come in until 10-7-2015. This might save 3 million (just kidding) people in the Phoenix area from going to the store. On the off chance he was wrong, I called on the Thursday truck at my store in the Arrowhead area and none came in on the truck.
Oops. Made a mistake. He did not say “107” store, he said ALL the stores in the greater Phoenix area: Here is the store manager’s quote:
