FYI…I called customer service. I had hair products in the cart and he said that it was a technical error that those items were part of the $5 gift card promo. I added the body washes and now the gift card is in my cart.

Did you choose in-store pick up? For some reason, they always cancel my order whenever I purchase cheap body washes for in-store pick up. Lesson learned, this time I’m opting for free shipping to my home addy.
On the phone right now. Uggg won’t take my red card only gift cards ( they can’t enter a pin) so I’m paying shipping and then they are refunding my 5% and shipping. Luckily I had $20 in gift cards or I’d be out of luck

I’m sorry…but when I login to “Manage My REDcard”, on the left (or anywhere else) I do not see “manage subscriptions”. I must be blind or something. Any further help?
If this was the only subscription you have… it will not show up until the first order is shipped out. Then you can go in and adjust or cancel it.

This happened to me twice this morning. I just logged out and back in. I’m not really sure what happened.
Update: I was able to get an order through. I received an email (ready for pick-up) . Than I received one saying my order had been cancelled.
If anyone else gets this you may want to call your local store where mine was being shipped, I called and mine was there waiting for me. 🙂
