Try Walmart.com they have the Disney Infinity Marvel plus extra 6 charactors so thats 9 in total cost $133 but I paid $44 they also have other Charactors at like $6. Also they have other Ones like Disney Infinity on sale. I saw Splatoon from 60 to $44.

I have reviewed all of the Black Friday ads so far on this product, and the cheapest I have seem was at Target for $34.99. For me, it wasn’t worth the Black Friday lines and hassle to pay $5 more dollars and have it shipped to my door.
I agree with Sheri. This is a great deal plus you won’t have to deal with BF in-store craziness. Some of the characters needed are also on sale. Even with the normal TRU B1G1 40% off, today’s sale is cheaper. I actually purchased the dark edition from Amazon the other day ($74.99) but with this deal I’m able to get an extra driver and vehicle for about $5 less than what I paid through Amazon. Keep in mind. Your gamer will need 3 vehicles (land, air & water) to be able to play. Otherwise, the gamer will get stuck until an additional vehicle is purchased. Also, Amazon purchases are taxed but it depends on your state. Good luck. I know I’ll need it. I’m going round and round with all these Skylanders games and trying to get the best deal. 🙂
Absolutely incorrect. You only need the figures and vehicle included with the starter pack to finish the entire game. Sea and sky vehicles open new areas but are absolutely NOT REQUIRED to finish the game.

20% coupon came on holiday catalogue. It says for regular priced item only. Not valid on video games or hardware printed on back. 🙁
In years past the skylanders starter sets have been as low as $37.99. I went ahead and got this today for $2 more. One thing I can scratch off the list for Black Friday!

Does anyone know of a good deal on the dark edition superchargers for xbox one?
It is currently $69.99 on tru! I was looking for the ps4 version but no luck 🙂 also some of the vehicles, characters are also discounted.
Walmart.com has it for 69.99 instead of 99.99
I think $69.99 is the lowest the dark edition will go. Still good considering its $100 normally. Even the dark edition Trap Team didn’t go as low as the regular starter pack did last year.
Warning to everyone considering the regular Wii version. The Wii version is different than the other game systems. It is a racing game like Mario cart. I heard it is still fun but NOT the adventure style game. So just be prepared because that could upset “particular” children. 🙂

Wii or Wii U?
Wii is just a car racing type game. There is a good review on Amazon that explains it. Wii U is the standard adventure game or quest style game. I believe all the non Wii ones have a small portion of racing but the primary game is the quest.
One last note. What keyed me off was looking in target at the boxes the Wii had a different graphic and is actually called… Skylanders Superchargers “Racing”‘…. So keep an eye out for racing in the title. Bummer is this site looks like it had the wrong graphic for Wii on the webpage
And we’re you only talking about this game or all? I bought my boys the swap force for their Wii for Christmas and try to figure out if that was a mistake 😒
Swap Force is the regular adventure style game for the Wii. The SuperChargers for Wii, Wii U & DS are all the racing style. I totally got burned by this. I only discovered my mistake after purchasing and opening the Dark Edition for the Wii. My son was one of the ones who were upset buy this.
Just THIS YEAR’S game is this way. I own all past versions on regular Wii and they are the quest version. And all older characters work with all the newer games.

Yes. Target will price match TRU prices.
If you don’t want to shop TRU, it looks like Amazon is matching TRU’s sale. Regular starter packs are $39.99 and some characters and vehicles are also $10 … same prices as TRU.

These comments have been so enormously helpful in making a buying decision. I had a $10 Amazon gc so I decided to go with Amazon for $29.99 oop price. What a great deal for a normally $75 game!
I price matched at Target and bought the Superchargers for Xbox 360 for my son and the Superchargers for Xbox One for my nephew and then got another game free!! So for 2 Superchargers starter packs and one Lego Hobbit game I paid $75.98 before tax with my red card 🙂

I got my son the super chargers starter kit for Xbox 360 earlier today. Now I need to know if any characters will work on it or does it have to be super charger characters. I don’t know anything about sky landers.
All 200+ older characters will work. Toys R Us has older characters on sale for cheap now. Your gamer will also need at least one sky, sea, and land (comes with kit) vehicle to play the full game.

Those offers weren’t offered yesterday. Yesterday’s sale was way better. If you bought a starter kit and two $10 vehicles/characters you would’ve paid $59.99 + tax. Today, the price of the starter kit is back up to the original price of $74.99. So, if you were to buy the kit + two SuperChargers vehicles/characters (B1G1 40%) you’d be paying about $90 + tax.
