Wow – this is an incredible coupon! Thanks SOOOO much!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Jerri!

  2. GA

Awesome! My best friend uses this for her cats and now I may have to grab a bag or two also (which was probably the company’s plan with such a high value coupon). Thank you for the heads up!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet! YW!

  3. Jeannette

You can also get a $5 coupon at proplan.com and create a “my plan” for your pet. (It only takes a minute.) At the end of making a plan you get a coupon emailed to you. They were really pushing it on the Westminster dog show for the last two days. 🙂

    • Milli

      thanks for the tip, Jeannette!

  4. Lisa

Humm… Last time I printed out something like this from Coupons.com, PetCo did NOT accept the coupon (forget why), so I ran over to PetSmart, and they took it no problem. Just an FYI for others.

    • Karen

I always have the same experience as well. PetSmart is far more coupon friendly!

    • Jill

Yes, from past experience, don’t even bother with Petco. They are absolutely terrible with coupons. I won’t even step foot in there anymore.

      • trinity daves

As a 10-year Petco employee, I can state confidently that, in the 3 locations I have worked, we have always bent over backwards to accomodate coupons of all types. Don’t know which Petco gave you such a hard time, and I’m sorry it happened. Suffice to say, being a stickler about coupons is not policy, or even part of our culture.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn. Sorry to hear that! 🙁

  5. Gail

Thanks, we always use Purina Pro Plan, great coupon.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Perfect! You’re very welcome Gail!

  6. Laurie

Thanks again Collin, (My dogs thank you also) 😉

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You (and dogs 😉 ) are very welcome!

  7. Christina Bacon

does anyone know if you can print out more than one coupon and use it for multiple transactions? I’m close enough to a petsmart that I could go get several bags even if I had to do it over several days

    • vchavez132

Yes you can print 2 per device. I printed two from my laptop, 2 from my desktop, 2 from my ipod touch and 2 from my Samsung S6…

      • K collins

How do u print from a phone? I have samsung 3. Thanks for any help

        • vchavez132

Idk if you can print from a Samsung S3…go to play store download the coupon app and cloud print. .see if that helps. I print off my wireless printer too..

          • Kylie collins

Thanks so much–I will give it a try

      • GA

It only let me print two prints and I have 3 computers, a smartphone and a tablet…

        • Kathy B

You need a wireless printer to print off phone.

          • Kylie collins

            Thank you , Kathy B

  8. Savannah

    • Happymama

My dogs LOVED it last time this coupon was available! I wish I could print them this time but the printer is broken, and honestly this is my splurge dog food from time to time.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet! YW!

  10. Nat

How come I am not able to print coupons from coupons.com? Thanks.

    • Savannah

Internet browser? Firefox I know makes it mad sometimes

  11. Samantha

I Printed 2 of each and stopped by Petsmart and found the Puppy Focus on sale for $12.32, so only paid $2.33 a bag. The cat food was a bit more expensive ($13.99) but I don’t mind paying $4.00 a bag after coupon for good quality. Thanks so much for posting this!!

  12. Traci

Awesome! Now will petsmart fight me over having 4 coupons?

    • Amy

They shouldn’t. It says Limit one coupon per specified item, not per person or transaction, and each one has a unique number in the top right hand corner.

    • Anna

No they will not. I just used 6 coupons with no issues (Petsmart)

  13. Alex

11.72 at the commissaries only 1.73 I am so happppyyy! Thanks

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh awesome! You’re very welcome Alex! Thanks for the heads up!

  14. Amber

Does anyone know how long dog food is good for? We just got a puppy & I’m not sure if I should stock up.

    TIA!!!!

    • Anna

      I say stock up!!

    • Bethany

Stock up! Sometimes we have 6 months of dog food at a time depending on the deals I find.

  15. Alex

The dog food I got today expire on January 2017

    • Amber

      Thank you!!

  16. aj

10.99 at Petco and I could use the coupons. No problem. It takes longer because they have to enter it in sometimes manually but it works fine.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet! Thanks for sharing!

    • Bethany

Thanks for the info! My petco has been coupon friendly so far so I’ll try there first!

  17. missy

my coupon doesnt have a barcode did anyone else print without one , can they still use this coupon without a barcode?

    • Anna

It has to have a barcode or they will not accept

  18. Janice

This timing couldn’t be any perfect. I always give a few dollars and a bag of dog food whenever I see this homeless man with his 2 dogs by Target. I saw him yesterday and didn’t have any dog treat and/or dog food in my trunk (I usually carry some for homeless people with pets or to lure loose pets), I told him I will come back today to give him dog food. YAY! What a blessing! Thanks so much!

    • Amy

Awe! That is very kind of you.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How sweet! Thanks so much for sharing Janice! Glad you can grab the coupon! 🙂

  19. Joy

This is great! I feed (and spay/neuter) feral cats and while I can’t afford to feed them this brand I do add a little of the higher end brands to their food in the winter months. They enjoy it as a treat too. I will be donating the dog food to a local rescue that saves dogs from the kill shelters. Thanks Collin!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Wonderful! You’re so welcome Joy!

  20. Amy

These are FREE at Petco, or Petsmart if you price match!!! The 3.5lb cat food bags are on sale at Petco for $9.99 with your PALS card. I just purchased 4 of them at Petco, but what a hassle!!! They told me that their policy is only to accept one printed coupon per person, even though the coupon states one per item purchased. I asked if there was a printed coupon policy where I could see that, and she said it’s just their policy. She called corporate and finally got permission for me to use 4 coupons. If I was you I would price match at Petsmart!! Does Petco actually have a coupon policy that can be viewed?

    • Lisa

You must have the patience of a saint, Amy! I didn’t, but my PetSmart was only 2 miles away, so to save me a few gray hairs… ran over there!

  21. Laura

This is the food I buy for both my dog and cat! Awesome coupon thanks so much!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  22. Amy

Purina Pro Plan dog food on sale for $9.99 for a 5 lb bag at Petco with Pals card 🙂 I am emailing the link to all the parents in our GS troop. So we can take a nice donation of food to shelter with us. Thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How awesome! You’re very welcome Amy!

  23. Christina Bacon

wish I’d known PetSmart would price match 2 hours ago…just got 14 bags of cat food and 9 bags of dog food for $84…not a bad price but free would’ve been nicer…oh well…still happy with it and appreciate you posting it! 🙂

  24. angeld001

I got 2 small bags of Pro Plan dog food (priced at $6.67 each), 2 small bags of Pro Plan cat food ($12.99), a cheap dog toy and a bag of cat treats (priced at $2.17 but ended up free due to a pet birthday coupon from Petsmart) for $3 at Petsmart today! I donated all items to the rescues that the Petsmart location partners with.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome! Such a great score for such a great cause! Thanks for sharing!

  25. Deanneg2

Why are the coupons no longer available? Not real familiar with the coupon.com site… Tia

    • Christina

When the manufacture release the coupon on coupons.com there is a limit to how many can be printed. Say 5,000 for example. Once 5,000 are printed from the site it goes away. So if you see a really high value coupon that you could use print it right away even if you don’t plan to use of for a few days. Hope that helps.

      • Deanneg2

Thanks so much Christine! I wasn’t sure how that worked. If anyone has coupon they won’t use… Can you please send my way sal321@zoominternet.net
Great deal… Just missed out this time.

  26. Donna

Petco refused to honor the coupons about 6pm. They said their corporate office said they were fake.

    • Deanneg2

Try PetSmart I hear there’s no problem with them honoring the coupon 😊

      • Terry

Unfortunately my Petsmart would not take them. The coupons would not scan, so the cashier called the manager. The manager did not try to scan; instead he asked me where I got them from. He did not directly say they were fake, but in a way that made you feel like you were stealing. He said if it was a real coupon, there would be some sort of coding if you hold it up under the light. So I just left. Called corporate and they said it’s up to the store manager to accept or reject coupons. They said a lot of people use expired deals from ebates and retailmenot so they cannot accept 3rd part coupons. I explained to him that coupons.com is not the same as retailmenot, but it was useless. Oh wells.

    • Robin

I had the same response at the Petco near me at 840p. They let me use ONE and said they were going to take a loss on it because they wouldn’t be reimbursed from the manufacturer. They said their manager had a call from the District manager because people were bringing in photocopies of the coupon, not the “real” manufacturer coupons, so they could take only one coupon per person. The two associates at the register said Petco didn’t used to take coupons printed off the internet at all. The problem is-Petco doesn’t know a fake printed coupon from a real one, and their systems and associates don’t understand the difference. I’m planning to price match at PetSmart tomorrow and maybe also call Purina and have them email me the manufacturer’s intent in releasing internet coupons–because Petco is wayyyyyy behind the times. I was pretty offended at Petco’s assumption that I just printed up 6 counterfeit coupons to cheat them out of money.

  27. eholguin

Can someone send me the coupon Pro Plan please. Exc0537@lausd.net

  28. Jane

I was lucky enough to get 4 coupons. I just went to our local Farm & Fleet and they were having a BOGO sale on the Pro Plan cat food bags for $9.99. The exact amt. of the coupon! I got 8 bags with 4 cpns. out the door for $2.50 in tax! I am donating to my shelter what my cat cannot eat. Awesome deal!!!

  29. Kimberly Rodriguez

Awesome deal! Printed 2 and stopped by PetCo yesterday. Turns out they had their 6lb bags of Purina ProPlan for $9.99/each if you were part of their Pals Rewards program! I bought a treat worth $0.50 and signed up to the rewards programs, then had two separate transactions for each bag of dog food. I got them for free & only had to pay tax. Total cost: $2.50 for 2 6lb bags of dog food and a treat. Not bad 😀

At first, I had trouble w/ the coupon because the system apparently read it as expired but the manager came right over and fixed it.

  30. Ashley nilsen

How come I can’t get my hands on this coupon?!?! 😩
