My son grows horrible calluses on his big toe and heel that get painfully cracked. We tried soaking and Vaseline under his socks but it didn’t help much. We bought this to grind down the calluses and it works great. He’s 12 and usually does it himself. With the calluses under control he doesn’t get the cracks 🙂

I purchased the foot file w/4 refills in the same box for $18.99 at Sam’s Club today (Illinois). It was cheaper than buying refills.
