   Has anyone else had this problem with Kohls?: I did not receive an item (large rug), but in its place I received an item meant for someone else. I went above and beyond in re-labeling the item for Kohls and bringing it to UPS to send it back. I have never received my original item and I haven’t received a refund. I am beyond furious. I can’t fathom buying anything from Kohls until this situation has resolved. I get the runaround when i call, and email email email email. This was back in January. Mostly, i am sad because I loved shopping at Kohls. Anyway — does anyone else have this problem with online items? And how did you get your money back? It’s $50 or so! I’ve never had a problem with Kohls online in the past. Please tell me what you guys think, and if this is a common problem???
