We have fleece liners from coleman that we use in addition to our sleeping bags. I like that because then we don’t have to have different bags for warmer weather (or be unbearably hot when it is warmer).

What age do you think this could go up to?
It’s only 54″ long, so maybe 6? My almost 7 year old is 50″ she wouldn’t fit in it only having a few inches.

You just gave me a great idea for my daughter’s birthday party! I had been looking into renting a bounce house but was having a difficult time swallowing the $250 and up rental cost. I suggested a sleepover party instead and my girl was all over it! I’m planning to get several of these sleeping bags so they can use them and they will double as party favors. I hate handing out a bunch of dollar store toys that just end up in the trash. We’ll be using the tent that I scored from a deal you posted in the fall. The cost of the entire party, including a great take home item, will be far less than the bounce house rental alone. Thanks Mrs. Hip for all the deals you post and the inspiration for a party she will remember. Now I’ll just need to watch for some coffee deals for the morning after.
