The same thing happen to me, Laura. I already had the app installed on my phone. Once I signed in, my account was only credited with 10 points. 🙁
I did read that if you previously installed the app you do not qualify for this offer. However I had never installed the app on my phone. I did a live chat with Kohl’s customer service they assured me I would be receiving the points within 48 hours!

FYI – I already had the app on my iPhone, but I deleted the app and re-installed it. When I signed in again on the app my 200 points showed up!! I hope that works for others too!!

For those of you who didn’t get your 200 points like me, I called about this and was told the $10 reward will be sent out the first week of June.
I got mine right away
I only got 10 points I may have downloaded the app in the past but I don’t recall.

My email said I’d only get 10 pts for downloading it.This is a targeted offer.I will wait till I get the 200 pt offer.If you download the app without getting the offer in your email you’ll mess up a future chance at the 200 pt offer.
Mine also only credited 10 points. I emailed them and the other 190 points were credited within the hour. So, BE SURE AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT.

I had to call them, they said they knew about problem. She credited me straight away and the points showed right up !
I did live chat on their website. He said the ten points show up right away to confirm you downloaded the app. Other points within 48 hours. He went ahead and put the points in my account immediately. I forgot you can’t use them until they send you the reward at the beginning of the month, guess I should have been more patient! 😊

In the menu on the left. There is a Yes2Rewards Choice.
Do you have to have an iPhone? It says its not compatible with my tablet.
According to my account you have to have 300 points to get a $10 reward. Anyone know if they changed it recently?
Where do you see that? I have 118 points. Mine says I’m 82 points away from the next $5 reward. But it doesn’t say that I will not receive the $5 reward for the first 100 points.
And also under Program Details, it still states “Get $5 Kohls Cash for every 100 points.” So I don’t think they have changed anything. And it’s double points on purchases right now!
Same with me . I have 200 points and it is saying you need 100 to get $10 . Strange

Points cannot be used immediately. They will be turned into Kohls cash at the end of the month and emailed to you.
I did this but haven’t received 200 points. I did however follow kohls on all of my social media and received 50 points.

Collin not sure if you saw my other post but the customer service rep said there is a glitch in the deal. It’s only giving several people 10 points so you have to call and get them to add the other 190 points! I got a total of 15 dollars free kohls money today:) thank you!

Well thats weird, i have 269 points and it says i need 31 points to get $5. Ugh so i guess its not $10 ?
It’s correct, you need 31 points to get to your NEXT $5 reward. one $5 reward per 100 points. So you’ve earn two $5 rewards ($10) and you need 31 points to get to the next $5.

any one know where i can find my reward id number on the app? its says i have zero points which makes no sense. the customer service i emailed needs my rewards id number but i dont see it any where.
Open the app. Go to the wallet section (choose it from the menu on the left.) One of the tabs is Yes2Rewards. I has your name, a rewards ID # and a barcode.
I called customer service and they said there is a problem where it’s only giving most people 10 points. But if you call they give you the other 190 points very quickly

Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I got just 10 points, I got finally the 200 points when I reinstalled it from the email they sent to me earlier in this morning
I got the 200 points immediately when I created a kohl’s account and enrolled in the yes2you rewards program plus 60 points for flowing kohl’s at different social media !!great !!and I intend to invite some friends and get $5 for each one!!this June will be a blessing for my 16 months old baby!!thank you all of you

New Question: When do these 200 points expire? Or do they never expire?
At the end of the month each set of 100 points will be turned into a $5 reward and emailed to you. And leftover (after increments of 100) will be rolled into the next month. Roll over points expire after a year. And the reward is valid for approximately 30 days (the full month issued.)
