Ugh! I want this sooooo bad!!!! I just can’t shop here anymore because Kohls has yet to refund me a $50 rug that I bought over 6 months ago. I never received the rug, but received someone else’s order. I took the time to return the incorrect delivery but never received my rug or credit. 🙁
Call them again. Sometimes the rep you get isn’t great, sometimes they are and they makes things right.
Let your credit card company know and they’ll take care of it–though, at 6 mos, maybe not. Worth a shot. Kohl’s is the worst in terms of customer service in recent years.
yes, call them again. Walmart did this to me and it was a hassle but I finally got my credit. I wanted my order but by the time they solved the issue my item was out of stock. I would always wait to do a chargeback thru the credit card company. Kohls can then come back and have a debt collector come after you for the amount you disputed which can end up on your credit report. Not sure if Kohls does this but one of the online flight booking companies did this to a friend that canceled too late.

I did add a Father’s Day item, the code implied that I had to buy $40 total from just the Father’s Day items. I had $5 rewards and $5 for my anniversary, so the step stool came to just over $20 and I really needed one, but I couldn’t get the $10 off to work for me.
I think you need to add $10 more for your $10 off code to work. From what I remember, Kohl’s usually takes $off coupons first so you need $40 total AFTER your reward & anniversary money for it to work.
