Does this work on laminate? I tried reading the reviews and they all mention hardwood.

Caroline, I bought a shark steam mop 6 months ago (Macy’s deal) and I have laminate “wood” floors.
My experience has been that as long as you don’t leave the steamer on the floor for a prolonged period, I have had no issues. It’s a personal choice to risk it but I LOVE it! It’s the cleanest my floor have ever been!

I had this a while back, but not the exact model(got lost during our move) and used it on engineered hardwood and laminate without any problem. The poster above is right, don’t leave the mop in one spot for more than few seconds. Keep it moving😊

I just got new hardwood laminate flooring. I was going to buy a swiffer, but then I just saw this. What would people recommend for hardwood laminate flooring?

The comments above answer this question 🙂
