What is that?
Don’t forget to Ebates. We ended up with a nice amount back after booking last year.
What is a good price for a one week vacation for a family of 4 with beaches??
LOVE Sandals and have heard great things about Beaches! My husband and I will stay at our 8th Sandals resort this December. GO!!! Even if you can only stay a few days. You can save $$ by booking one of cheaper rooms with a garden or pool view and doing without butler or wetbar in room. We’ve done every level and I have throughly enjoyed each experience. Seriously… Go.
I agree. Butler was amazing but not necessary.
100% agree on that
How cool! Thanks so much for the feedback!
$21-26,000…for a family of 4….am I doing something wrong? I could rent an island for that amount!
My total was like 7,000 with air for my family of 4
That’s actually really great with airfare. Ours was coming out to $10K
We love Sandals. By going for our anniversary almost every year, we just earned a free one week stay at any Sandals through the Sandals Select rewards loyalty program.
Probably not. They’re outrageous!
Oh wow! Congrats!
What is the least expensive place to stay? thanks!!
Probably Ocho Rios in Jamaica. It’s a large resort split into two (beach side and mountain side). There is a shuttle that takes you to and from sides and a few other resorts. It does draw a younger crowd and was the first sandals that we stayed at due to cost. If you’re considering a trip check out the trip advisor reviews for each place that you are considering. If you are considering Jamaica the airport offers a fast past through customs for about $40 pp. I recommend it! We have been the last of three flights arriving at the same time before – not fun.
Norweign cruises are cheap right now from Miami.. 11/19-11/23 mon-fri is $467.24 for 2 people including port fees and taxes! Best of all, right now they are offering a FREE open bar package for all their guests! I’m a big-time cruiser (usually Carnival) but this is an amazing value. It’s usually less expensive right now (hurricane season).
I would like to go on a cruise but don’t know much about them , does anyone have a suggestion?
Does anyone know which sandals resort is the best for families with young kids?
For kids, you’d want Beaches. There’s a Beaches in Turks and Caicos & 2 in Jamaica. Contact me and I’d love to help you out! I’m a travel agent and sell Beaches and Sandals – https://www.facebook.com/EndlessDestinationsByRachel/
any honeymoon recommendations?!
I would be happy to help you book it. I’m a travel agent and have been to all but one location. I do not charge any fees for helping you. 🙂 Same price but will help you get the most out of your trip. 🙂
Anne- I would appreciate your help! I have been dreading booking the trip for next summer because the Sandals site is kind of confusing with so many different room options!:)
Is there a way to search with flexible dates in order to find the best price?
65% off and the cheapest rate 2 people for 5 nights was about $5,000 without airfare. (Multiple date range searches).
Wow! I’d hate to see regular price.
Thanks for all your comments everyone. I have always wanted to look into beaches for my son and I. When I saw this deal I thought great what better time. But after hearing your comments I don’t think it’s in our price range.
