The newest version looks like a little bed – it’s about the same size but a rectangle instead of an octagon. It’s opaque instead of clear.
It came with my purple pillow.

Absolutely!! I had a inexpensive, memory foam mattress before the Purple bed. My hubby is like a furnace at night but I like to sleep cold. With our memory foam, I’d wake up drenched in sweat every night, miserable. I couldn’t even sleep with my beloved down comforter in the winter! Since we got the Purple mattress (April last year), I haven’t woken up hot once. Even in the summer (with no AC in Maine), I never find myself waking up sweating. The mattress stays a comfortable, cool temp all night. You know how when you get up from bed, you can feel your warm spot? That like never happens and if it does for some odd reason, it cools off in the time it takes to use the bathroom in the middle of the night haha It’s so breathable and comfortable; I’m still amazed =)
That’s great to know. I have so many issues sleeping, and one of them is being overheated. (I live in FL and even with the AC and ceiling fan going it is hard to sleep.) I have back issues too and am on the fence because money is tough right now.

This freebie is given by the company for people interested in their mattress. They are probably not expecting mass requests from people with no interest in the mattress. If they cannot handle the request, they may have to discontinue offering the sample which would be a disservice for those actually interested in the mattress.
I agree. I see this as taking advantage of a company.
I thought the same thing! What a massive expense for potentially lost sales. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of samples are denied due to overwhelming demand.
I think it’s one of the few ways for the company to do their advertisements for their products. They’re paying tons of money to advertise their products anyways, why not use the money to send out samples so people can actually see and feel for themselves? You never know, maybe after they got the sample, they will think about buying the purple mattresses/pillows/ whatever product they make.
Think of how many people visit this site. I would of never heard of this mattress before seeing this freebie post. Now since we are in the market I’m considering looking into this one. Although some free samples go to “waste,” they are still drumming up sales by the mention here and that freebie used by a student or as a stress tool, still gets their name out there and visible to potential buyers.
I agree. Unless the website specifies that samples are for “a stress relief toy” as well as checking out the mattress, this is taking advantage of the company.

Love the mattress!! I got the cushion & samples also. Cushion has been put to great use but the samples just sit there. Glad to know that I can donate them to a school and they will be put to good use!! Counting the days until the pillows arrive…. Please look up the company and learn more about them. Their FB videos with the goldilocks are hilarious! The actress is a star of Studio C from BYU comedy skits. Look them all up on YouTube! Clean and funny comedy skits! (Ok, a few are lame, but there are some good ones!)

Cool! My mother looks for these kinds of textural objects to use with her special ed. students (to manipulate with their hands, stimulate their minds, and have fun!) I like that stress relievers can be used as therapeutic tools to help break nervous habits like nail biting or skin picking – this squishy would be perfect for that. And it’s so pretty! Reminds me of those jelly sandals I wore back when I was a kid 😛

Did anyone actually receive their sample? I have been really considering this mattress, but never got my sample.
was cleaning out my emails and came across this again. have not received mine. a forum said they were charging a dollar for it now. their website now says you need to LIKE them on Fbk or Instagram AND share their video first to receive it. A shame cuz I was interested in their product.
