Yes, Jac. Some items only offer a 5% S&S discount regardless of how many items you have in that particular S&S order. I’ve only ever seen it apply on a couple other items.
It seems to be only 5% on office supplies for s&as. I noticed it several months ago because I keep a couple of Avery dividers on my s&as list
