FYI- I went there yesterday and they didn’t let me use the 20% on the Halloween arts and crafts . They were 70% off I believe . If it’s promotional they won’t allow you to use the coupon .
If it’s a door buster then you can’t use the 20% coupon.
That was different than today. Email specifically said we could use the 20% off with the 60% off sale
But at least you got a better deal at 70%, today after the 20% extra it’s only 68% off original price
The reason you weren’t able to use your coupon was because the Halloween stuff were doorbusters at 70% off… Today they are just on sale at 60% off so you’ll be able to use the 20% coupon
