   Depending on what doll and books you need, there are two collections (Grace and Lea) on the American Girl website in their sale sections. These each have 3 books and the mini doll for $11 each.

  Thank you! The difference for me would have been $1 between the AG store and amazon so the 4 extra books made it worth it to order from AG store. This was on my nieces Christmas list for me and I thought “no way am I buying a doll for that much” but you made it possible! Thanks again!!

   I just ordered off the American girl site 2 mini dolls AND they each come with 3 full size books as well. Even with shipping and tax my total was $30 that seemed great to me!

  Id say a 2 yr old is too young. My 5 and 7 yr old love these dolls but my 2 yo isnt interested yet. She occasionally likes the soft baby dolls that you can put a paci or bottle in their mouths so she will play with those and pretend shes (“feeding baby”). (We have a 7 mo old)

    Just a warning. These books are VERY small. Nearly pointless. But my daughter likes the dolls. They are perfect when she doesn’t take her big ones…
