Okay you guys, I really can’t say enough good things about Factor meals. I admit I was a huge skeptic at first. I am a frugal person who has always cooked homemade meals, even for meal prep when I’m focused on counting macros and “dieting.” I’m in a new phase of life now, working a full-time job, juggling raising three kids, along with all the other busyness of life. Hey Heather! 🥰 I did find details on that for you in their FAQ if this might be helpful – “Our meals are intended to be enjoyed fresh for optimal quality, we do not recommend freezing.”
Quick note – if you check Factor out & decide it’s not for you, you must cancel your next shipment (even if you’ve never received a shipment from them) AND THEN cancel your plan. As with most food plans, they make you sign up before you can see their meals, which I did last week. Decided it wasn’t for us & cancelled my plan 4 minutes after setting up an account. Was surprised to get a big box of their meals this week (which I was charged for) so I reached out & was told it was a 2 step process… While there’s no committment, they sure make it tricky to unenroll!!
