I don’t know how the Mother’s Day cards went for everyone else, but my husband and I created three this year, all of which were supposedly processed with the free code. After they did not arrive in time for Mother’s Day, I called customer service, only to find that there had been a major production malfuction, and thousands of Mother’s Day cards have still not been delivered (including my three). The customer service lady told me this was the first she could remember it happening in the four years she had worked there, but still there was no notification or anything to indicate to us there had been a problem. We had even received all of the shipment notifications! I have since E-mailed customer service (have not heard back from them yet). I just am letting everyone know in case they would be devastated if their cards didn’t arrive in time for Father’s Day. My husband and I were terribly disappointed. Good Luck, everyone. 🙂

code did not work
I’ve used free hallmark codes three seperate times and received all my cards on time. The mother’s day card was even sent 2day fed ex too me and i didn’t pay extra for it – hallmark must have done that on their own to make sure we got it in time.
I just wanted to say that if someone reads a post and then tries to get on a deal and it is dead, that they shouldn’t throw blame at anyone on this blog that has commented how it worked for them. I say kudos to all that got in on it and it wasn’t just the readers of this blog that was “greedy” and used all the codes or whatever. If I miss a deal, it’s my own fault..early bird gets the worm… I am grateful for the posts that H2S allows us to participate in, because I wouldn’t have known about half of these if it were not for this site.
In the 3 weeks that i’ve been following savings blags such as Hip2Save, there have been 3 or 4 free card codes for hallmark, so I’m pretty sure another will come around before fathers day does.
Wow, that is crazy how fast those went. I just got on yesterday and it worked for me. As for the multiple cards, it won’t let you use the same promo code more then once for any one given account.
So no need to worry about people doing multiples, unless of course you sign up more then one account which I do. I have an account in my name, and one in my husbands. Therefore I got two cards, one for my own father, and one for his father. I think it is rather fair because they are going to two separate people and two separate accounts were used to get them.
That is my opinion anyway.
