   When I click on Go to checkout after personalizing my book, it just says Done- Error on Page. Anyone else having that problem? The offer expires today so I really want to get my book!

   I’m also having a problem when I go to check out. It says Done – Error on page…When I went to the Identify Direct webpage, not through the link here it says the book is 9.99????

   I never got that far. I thought this would be great to do for an older person, and the earliest birth year available is 1983 or 84. 🙁

   I got through and it took my order info and cc#, but I did not receive a confirmation or reciept. I went to a new screen, but it did not say, thanks, we have your order or anything like that. I also could not find shipping info for how long it would take. I guess I will be watching to see if my card gets charged. Thanks, Collin!

   Hmmm… I’m not sure what is wrong. My order went through fine before I posted this. I’m guessing, though, that they can’t handle the traffic their receiving. I would wait and try back in a little bit.

   Here is a phone number I found. It says you can call there and place an order? 1-888-586-1600. By the way, it could be the site is malfunctioning because the company is based out of Australia? It is afternoon now, so maybe it is now tomorrow over there? Good luck!

    @Julia, it says allow for 21 days for products to be personalized and sent.

    Yes, I too am getting the “done-error on page” when I try to checkout. So I have yet to be able to actually purchase the book. Hip2Save — is there a coupon code taht we need so we can get the book for .01?

    I’m having the same problem. I spoke w/someone via live chat and he tested the link that must be used to get the deal & said it was working. Not sure what else can be done.
