This did not work for us. We phoned ahead and were told a coupon was essential. They told us it was in the newspaper (it wasn’t) or available online. I could not get it online. Two weeks ago we called ahead and were told ( at the same Arbys) that a coupon was needed but when I questioned it the employee checked with the manager who said it was OK without a coupon. We call ahead because we do not like to get in disagreements or embarrassing situations in line. I have a call in to Arbys customer service, no response yet.
I had a great experiance at Arbys.
All I did was mention free sndwich with drink and they give it too you. When we were leaving my son wanted a pastry they sell and after I told him no not now, the manager asked it he could give one to him on the house. Their service was great. Always have been.
