It sounds like you added the actual perfume to your order. Don’t add it in, just put the code in and it will be put in your cart automatically. Hope that helps!
I was having problems with the discount code not taking and I called their customer service and they put the order through on the phone for me. I got a flannel set of PJs and the perfume set for only $27 shipped!!! Great deal!
I sooooo wish I had known about this deal when I ordered the sweaters yesterday (assuming it was valid then) to save on shipping! I called VS customer service about adding to my previous purchase as a pp suggested, but no luck. My rep said it was too late and did not offer free shipping. Maybe it just depends on who you get! 🙂

THe pjgift isn’t for the shorts-it actually applies to a pj set and the free slippers…I tried it as well and it didn’t work.
Fran, funny story too…I entrusted my 15 year old with my debit card on the shopping trip to VS. She spent wisely and I was ordering the items for her. When I told her this afternoon she was super excited! When I saw the balance I had to look twice and called everyone I knew LOL!

I am so happy that one out of the 4 rewards cards I had was worth $50. Got something I could really use with the it too. Got a $30 sweater, the thermal sleep shorts for $15, the free scarf, the free perfume and two of the new demi bras (2/$40) that I tried recently and loved. Used the 20% off total order code as it gave me more off than the single item 30% discount would have been. Got two basic colors to round out my bra wardrobe all for $36 shipped and I still have 3 cards for $10 each left to use. Will surf the comments and see what I can do with them on the cheap. BTW, they sent me more cards with replacement orders for my returns and no charge for replacements either when you call ahead and speak with Customer Service directly to arrange size replacements on the same things. Sweet!

I am so geeked. I had placed an order in November and had 2 different items that were back ordered. I just got one of those back ordered items and it came with an extra reward card. I am wondering the same thing about the total b/c the email confirmation page does not show my $10 off. I emailed customer service to make sure only $11.18 is debited and not $21.18.
I was worried about the same thing so I looked on my band statement because I used my bank card and victoria secret charged me the right amount.. they did take off the secret card amount.

I had both the Free Fragrance set and Pajama Bottoms in my cart and then upon final checkout they both disappeared. My order just shipped but it is only showing that the fragrance set is shipping no the shorts it says the shorts are discontinued does that mean I am still getting charged for the shorts im so confused!
I’m pretty steamed about this offer. I ordered some pj pants available in my local store but I used my GC to pay for shipping and a few dollars of the order so I could get my perfume set and got email confirmation. My order arrived today with no perfume. It has been discontinued. If I send the pants back it’s $5.99 and I don’t get a credit for my original shipping of $5.99. So basically they get my rewards card plus $2 extra out of me. GRRRR!!!

I am a little confused. I got my order and I got the perfume but not the shorts, however I got a scarf, but the scarf is not even a VS one. So that is a bit shady… Anyone know what’s up?
