Worked for me, as others have said, price changed to $2.99 at checkout and promo code changed it to free shipping. Make sure you read everything because I went back and ordered a few more and noticed that theres a box that automatically has a check in it that you are agreeing to a membership with a yearly fee of $19. I’m sure this got added to my 1st order so I promptly emailed them and asked to cancel it. hopefully by unchecking the box the 2nd time I can avoid that.

TO Karmen per your Post. I went through my order word for word, line by line, and nowhere did I see a hidden box charging me an extra $19 for a membership. Did anyone else see this??
I really hope I’m just misunderstanding it but I went back to the site, added an item into my cart clicked “view my cart”( just to see if I was seeing things) and its the very first thing you see, big ad about $2.99 shipping, on the bottom left theres a small box that is clicked that says terms and conditions. I’m new at this whole thing but I assumed that because I didn’t see it the first time to unclick it that they will charge me eventually. Let me know if you find something different.
Karman, I understand what you are saying, since I wanted to see what happens, what I did I click on add this promo to my bag and it ask me to sign in. Then I noticed they added that promo to my cart. In my cart it says 2.99 for the tote bag and 19.00 for the fee. The membership fee is not automatically added to your cart unless you to add it by clicking the “add to shopping bag.”
I believe that bar is advertisement on their own website.

great deal on these bags..I ordered 4.
This was kind of a pain to order. At checkout It said my pass word did not match so I had to hassle with that. It took me 45 minutes to get the order made. This web site is old so it was hard to navigate,,,, but, I got 2 bags for a good cause.
