fran – the message about the $20 comes after you click submit (at least it did for me) you can use the promo code they gave for any order, but you have to wait a week to get teh $20 gift pass.

I spoke with a customer service person just yesterday – she said those people that signed up at the beginning are having all of their credits entered manually (that’s why there’s the delay) they have a deadline of tomorrow by close of business – 8pm EST – and if you don’t have your $40 Certificate by then, to call in and they will adjust your order manually to reflect the $40 credit. The woman I spoke with – Beth – was very friendly, and she said even she hadn’t gotten the credit yet 🙂
So, if you haven’t gotten it by Friday, call them on Monday morning (CS is closed on weekends)
someone had posted the comment about the $1 free trial for the lowes card. Collin has already posted those deals on her page. They are still up under gift cards for trials section. there are more though.i have done them before. i can’t wait to get the $20 pass along with the $40 dollar one this month. great gifts to come from these!!
I got a email, stating that if I bought two items I would receive a bonus of 100 points (that means 100.00 credit?) could I use my 40.00 reward points towards those two purchases to get the bonus? if so that is sweeeeeeet!

The Fresh Rewards people must be getting bombarded by us! I called yesterday too and was told something about Friday. Got email today saying same thing . . .sigh just send me the credit already!! I think that the system is automated now, and they’ve worked out some bugs….the problems are comin up with people who signed up at the beginning – I signed up on the 5th of November – YIKES! But others have been getting their credits within 2-3 weeks.
I got my $40 Fresh Rewards Pass on 12/7. I used it yesterday to order a $49.95 Martha Stewart wreath for my mom for Christmas – total came to $13.45 – free shipping. Can’t get much better than that! 🙂
even if the savings pass is $20 off $40 – you could sign up for the $15 rewards, buy $40 worth- and then you’d pay $5 (plus tax/shipping) for $40 worth of flowers. 🙂
Do it always take 7 days to get the savings pass or does it come sooner?

I got my $40 pass a few days ago and ordered one of the free shipping christmas bouquest. It says you cant use a promo code but I used a 15 % off code and got a 49.95 centerpiece shipped to the house for $2.49. I am very happy with that one!

Since I went through ebates, I got 10% cash back and used my $5 credit, so now it’s down to $4.99. Tried to use WEBSURVEY for that $5 credit but it wouldn’t go through, so I called customer service and after almost 20 minutes on hold they agreed to credit my order $5 — so FREE!! Ok. so this morning I recieved another $40 pass from 1800 flowers tothe same email acct I recieved the first one at. I only signed up once so they must have som glitches on their side. I already got my $20 pass from this, and it looks like it applies to shipping too! My total was $19.99 before shipping, and it applied the full amount, so I’m thinking it will. Awesome.
How do you get the rewards for the reminders? I set up 10 and do not see any credit in my account?
It takes about a month to get the savings pass or at least that’s how long it took to receive mine.
