anyone know how to get this to work for mac? its a .exe file and all it opens is adobe bridge when i double click.
i am having the same trouble getting it to download on my mac…..would welcome any suggestions.
I downloaded this game and went to it like the email they sent said and when I put my email and password to play it said I need a code.
That happened to me as well… downloading the game was a huge PITB for me. You need to uninstall the game, then go back to the Nick Jr Arcade website and download the trial version. Go thru the download again. Start the game again, and click on the third option to unlock your game. Type in your email and password again and it should work. Hope that helps!
Doesn’t work on Mac! Boo! Also, make sure your spam blocker is off, mine was sent there first.

I went for the free game and recieved the email but it wanted my credit card number and my SS#. I’ve never had a site ask for my SS#. I closed it. Was I doing something wrong or is that normal?

Michelle- I wonder if you did not change the back up CD offer to no. So they are charging you $9.99 to send you the back up CD. I would try it again and make sure to check no to that option.

I’m not sure why everyone is having such a hard time downloading this game. It worked easily for me. I just did what Collin said to do. Can’t wait to show this game to my son. He loves playing the computer.

It wants a key and what-not and I cannot find it in the confirmation information. Help!?
I downloaded this game this morning after having gone through the registration stuff yesterday. I had a little trouble getting it to play once I put in my e-mail and password. It kept asking for a registration name and key # which I was not given. I closed out of it and came back 30 minutes later and had no problems getting in. Not sure why. So, Chelle, check it again later and see if it will let you in with just the e-mail and password. My daughter loved it and got the hang of it fairly quickly. She is just over 3. She needed help here and there, but had a lot of fun!
