We drink the equivilant of this every morning. It keeps your body alkalized. We drink green smoothie with 1 leaf kale, 1 leaf chard, spinach, blueberries, banana, celery pineapple, red cabbage and some powder greens. It sounds yuck, but it is really good! Thanks Collin!
