Hmmm… every time I clicked a button to go to the next page (on the manufacturer website), it would come up with an error code- after refreshing the page 2 or 3 times, the next page would come up. It happened every time. Then it took FOREVER to process the “payment”, so I refreshed it and it went back to the main page!! I checked my “account” that I just created, and it looks likeit went through… so I guess we’ll see! Hey, no pain, no gain when it comes to free chocolate, right? LOL! Thanks Collin!
This happens quite often… when hundreds of us converge on a single website all at one time, they can’t handle the deluge of traffic – us all checking out at the same time. They’re typically built to handle a trickle of traffic, not the type of traffic we all generate.
I’ve refreshed about a million times. Stuck on calculating shipping now. Too much traffic I guess. Never did get to the end. Oh well! better luck next time

If it is on the black screen saying processing payment do i just leave it there. It has been there for about a minute. Will it eventually go through or do i have to back up and try again?

I got a confirmation email for my order. Then I got a delivery failure notice email that they could not deliver to dbchocolate, that had my order in it. Anyone else get this? Do you think my order went through?
Check your account (on main page, near bottom on lefthand side)- it should tell you if your order went through. 🙂
I got the same 2 emails…when I check my account it says order status unpaid…what do you think that means? should I try again?
Finally got through. I could have driven to godiva and gotten the free monthly chocolate piece they give out in the amount of time that this took.
Got IT!!!! Took awhile but was totally worth it, I had to refresh several times and tell my computer that it was ok to display a non secure connection. Hope it comes! Thanks Collin.

It kept going to the error screen and by the time it worked it showed I had 4 in my cart. all for free…so we’ll see if I get non,1 or 4??
I had to refresh several times. And it kept saying there was 2 in my cart. even after I changed it back to one. It finally went through but still says quantity 2. I hope I get it.

I got the same 2 emails after getting to the confirmation page. I then went to my account page and it also shows the status as unpaid and to reorder. It said no payment necessary! Don’t know if I will get it or not but not going to try again. Thanks Collin 🙂

I just got through and got a confirmation email. I wanted to tell you all about the free Everlast bar that Collin posted about the other day. I printed the coupon, but it cut off the bottom part of the coupon. Hubby and I went tot the mall today, and while I was getting my glasses adjusted, I had him go to GNC to see if they would take the coupon, and he came back with 2 free bars…from 1 coupon.
I gave up the first time and went back an hour later and was able to get it. Hey it’s free chocolate!

Tried on my hubbys computer and finally got through for this one. Yeah CHOCOLATE!!!!
I got some of the same messages and error pages as everyone else. I just kept refreshing the page one or twice until it worked. It did take me back to the home page once and I clicked on “My Account” and it showed the order but said it was unpaid. I just clicked on “Reorder” and it went through after a couple more times of refreshing various pages. I am sure it will be well worth the patience it took to get through the process. Total time maybe 10-15 from beginning to end. Thanks! 🙂
