I can’t figure out where to click to submit it. I’ve filled in everything go to the bottom and there’s no “submit” button. Am I missing something?
I didnt have a submit button when you get to the page where it asks you if you want to follow them on facebook/twitter that is it! It submits itself!

I just filled mine out and it went through with no problems. I couldnt do the free trashbag one. it said you didnt have to be a sams member but it asked me for my sams club card number and i didnt feel like getting my purse so i just skipped that one.
