so… I’ve never shopped at any coach store before… about how much would a nice purse cost at the factory store, on sale, and with a coupon? I’m wondering if it’s in my very “cheap” price range!! 🙂

You can usually get a full size purse on sale at the outlet stores for $150 (on the cheapest side) and then take the additional 20% off.
I can’t the the knock offs at the flea market with a 20% off coupon!! HE HEE! 🙂

I went this weekend and got two bags. The one pictured above actually costs $129.
I went last week and they gave me a 20% coupon at the door and I was so upset I found nothing I wanted even the ones on sale were ugly. The bag in the photo was not there but I can imagine it will not be in the sale
I always shop at the outlet. Average savings is normally $200 for me.
I do like coach, but would rather see some Brighton discounts. But, I don’t think they give those. 🙁
I shop my local goodwill, I try to go everyday I have found some nice name brand bags there, still with tags….if you have a local one go there, I buy a lot of clothes still with the tags on and sell on ebay if I don’t keep them.
Thanks! I love Coach handbags! The last time I went to the outlet mall, there was a long line waiting to get in the Coach store! I didn’t have the time to wait in line just to get in the store, so I gave my coupon to a person in waiting in line. Everyone around was asking if I had anymore coupons. I should have auctioned it off to the highest bidder!
Want to know my secret to get nice coach bags – watch your garage sales, we have a rather wealthy part of town and when the ladies clean house – I have scored nice bags for $5 – only me and my wallet know the difference!! But its nice to buy new items too –

Went to my coach outlet today. I was going to just look around cause I hadn’t printed the coupon yet. They were handing out 20% off coupons at the door!!!! Yipee so I got to buy one today 🙂 I got a $300 bag for $135!!!

I always seem to find something good at the Coach outlet. I like to shop the clearance sections, and hardly ever buy anything that isn’t on clearance. You just have to keep checking in. Normally the clearance is stuff on sale with an additional 50% off. And you can use the 20% off on top of that. My last trip I bought a really cute laptop sleeve, it was pink multicolor stripes, for only $25! And don’t be afraid to talk to the associates to find out if they have a schedule or certain days/times when they move inventory to clearance. And don’t be afraid to just give them a call and inquire to see if they’ve added anything to clearance or if anything went on sale. They are always so helpful when I do! The average purse here costs between $100-$130. Seeing as a really good knockoff is around $70-$100, it makes no sense not to spend a little extra to get the real thing. And when you get tired of it or want a new one, resell it! Anything I have ever resold used, I’ve almost always made back close to what I paid. Make sure to keep tags and cards, and I keep the Coach tissue paper and ask for a gift box as well.
OK, so here’s my coach story. I could never justify spending $300-$400 on a coach purse, but I’ve always secretly wanted one. So I saw this coupon for 20% and decided I’d head on over to the coach store near Washington, DC where I live. There I found a $248 Signature Collection Coach purse on sale for $99. Then it was an additional 30% off that bringing it down to $70. With my additional 20% off coupon it brought the entire purchase to $55. Not bad for a purse with a lifetime guarantee.
