One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday morning is to sleep in and then wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and a breakfast of eggs, bacon and pancakes (don’t I have a great hubby?!). For me, pancakes are one of those great comfort foods and they are especially delicious with fruit syrup!
