McDonald’s: FREE Redbox Codes on Sweet Tea!
Have you found FREE Redbox rental codes on your beverages or food items from McDonald’s? Well, reader, Ginger from Houston emailed about finding peelie Redbox FREE rental codes on the large Sweet teas that are priced at just $1! So basically you’re paying $1 to save $1… sounds good to me! Or you can look at it like you are snagging a large Sweet tea for $0.50 and a movie rental for $0.50! Either way, it’s a great deal!

Yes, it’s on all large drinks. I just got a coke this morning and it had a peelie on it too!
l live in Houston also and all the McDonald’s in my area (Pasadena/Clear Lake) have ANY large drink for $1 and all large drink cups have a free Red Box code.
Any idea when they expire?
I live in Lutz/Land O Lakes area and get at least 1 sweet tea a day and there are no red box peelies on ours here in florida.

I an just assuming here but I bet it is only in states that have Redbox in Mc’d’s.
I was happy to see free McDonalds’s coupons in my Missouri Sunday newspaper, which included a Free Large Sweet Tea along with a few other free coupons. Double check your paper…..
I didn’t notice the McD coupons in the Springfield, MO papers. But we do have the peelies on large drinks around here (although I didn’t get one on my drink yesterday down in the Branson, MO area).
In St Louis, we got a blue coupon insert with coupons for free sweet tea, coffee, and frappacinos. There were also some q’s for BOGO items, but the drinks were FREE!! So, Free tea — free movie!! YEAH!! 🙂 PS There were also q’s in our Suburban Journal, so we got double q’s! 🙂
Walgreens also has a free Redbox code print out on a Catalina wyb two Gorton’s products in one transaction. Just an fyi. 🙂
I got a free large water from McDonald’s Friday evening and scored a free movie rental so I think the “peelie” with the code is on all large beverage cups (except coffee) and I believe the codes can be used at ANY Redbox location. YAY!

If you sign up online with redbox and provide your cell number they will text you free rental codes. I get one every few weeks, and they also e-mail them,to me.

These codes CANNOT be used at ANY Redbox. They are only valid on the Redbox kiosks at McDonalds. I know…I tried.

I live in Oregon and started seeing the peelies about 2 weeks ago. I get the 1.00 large soda’s and they were on those. Sometimes you get them, sometimes you don’t. I think they sometimes run out of the cups with the peelies on them. You can only use them at MC D’s. THey did this a couple of years ago and I tried many times to use them at other Redbox locations, and never worked. Also, mine said they expired at a certain time, and worked for like a year after the exp. date!
I think it is on all the large drinks. I got an unsweet tea and a dr.pepper and the codes were on both. 🙂 I live in Houston.

Just purchased two large sweet teas from a McDonald’s in Fayetteville, GA (south metro Atlanta) and there were no codes on the cups. I guess this deal is only in certain location. Bummer.
Our local McDonald’s has large drinks for .84 cents with the $1. red box rental. woohoo!!
