ok… so let me get this straight… i have not done this program because it seems too good to be true 🙂 so, you buy these things and you get 100% of what you purchase back on a card, and you can use it on future office depot purchases?? so, if i go buy 2 notebooks at $3.99, i will get a card back with $7.98 on it?? can i use it the next time the “freebies” come around? i need rules!! 🙂
You apprantly can’t use it on other rewards items or officedepot gift cards but you can on anything else in the store including stamps and gift cards.

I think the last time we clarified that you couldn’t use your rewards for freebies the next go-around, however, if you are in the market for a printer or something….
Yes, It’s Office DEPOT not MAX, just to clear up any confusion. And I may be wrong, but I don’t think you can use the card you get this time around for free stuff next time around. Correct me if I’m wrong anyone. 🙂

Which would mean you can’t earn future rewards, aka, freebies, when you make your purchase with a reward gift card.

I don’t think that you can use them for freebies-but our office depot carries the camera that we are looking to purchase-so we’re going to use our rewards cards for that 🙂
I’m a big Office Depot shopper, and I’ve never seen this 100% Rewards program before. On the ad for this week, it says “Last Week”, so I don’t think there will be freebies like this in the future. However, as I posted on the last OD post, you can buy Forever stamps with your gift card. (I confirmed this with 2 different store managers.) Snatch these up before the price goes up next year.

Ok. I also find this too good to be true. Collin is saying that if I intially shell out $2,119.04 (one of each product totals, $151.36. Limit 2 per member $302.72 per day (7 days) $2,119.04.) Office Depot is going to give me that money back as credit so I can purchase essentially a new computer and printer and have about a years worth of office supplies. It that what this offer is about?
Im sure, the 2 per member is…..2 per member, NOT 2 per plus, per day. OD would go outta business.
So I totally just got a lot of this stuff, and used a $15 off of $75 or more coupon. So I’m getting the refund and the money off. It’s a great day!

I bought some of the items that were 100% cash back last week. But when I checked my worklife rewards account. I have only been credited with 1% of my purchase price and not the 100%. I have e-mail to see if there was a problem. I am hoping it was just an error.
I did the same thing and called customer service. They said it could take several weeks for the 100% rewards to show up.
Also for this week if you spend $100 on line you can get a free Burt’s Bees Natural Body Kit worth $12.99 for free.
Did you ever get your rewards? I did a November 100% promotion and not only are they not giving me that they are not even giving me the 1%.
I went last week and bought some of the 100% back items. I just chatted briefly with the cashier at checkout… so, I don’t have to do anything to get this rewards, right? She said yes… but, you have to recycle ink to get ANY rewards. I think the cashier is wrong… I read through the entire terms and conditions and it didn’t mention anything like this. I emailed Office Depot and I’m hoping for a response to clarify. Does anyone know if what the cashier said is true? I want to double make sure I get my $100 in rewards!!
You WILL get your rewards! The ink cartridge stuff is part of the program, but not a requirement!–Good on you for reading the T&C!
Not necessarily. They are refusing to give me and my dad ANY rewards for a promotion in November. Do you know are others getting their rewards?
Does anyone know if you order an item for future delivery will you still get the rewards?
You will get 100% back in the form of a gift card (Office Depot Rewards Card). They only sent these out every quarter (4 per year). You sign up now, buy the items, and they will credit your account. When you get your gift card (Rewards Card), the amount that you spent on the “Get 100% back” items will be loaded onto the card.
I use this card for work too. And I also turn in my empty ink cartridges. They credit my account $3 per cartridge. If I turn in 4 empty cartridges in one quarter, then i get an extra $12 on my Rewards card when they sent it the next time. So, it’s not instant savings – you have to wait for your rewards card.
..and yes, it’s a limit of 2 of each item PER DAY, so, yes, ideally, you could get $2119.04 back, but you have to shell it out first!!
