There have been a few reports of the new dry max causing chemical burns on babies. Please be warned about this. My sister no longer buys Pampers because of this.
I read about that! I wonder if because the new diapers are ‘extra dry’ if they keep absorbing when there’s no more liquid? I tried the new Swaddlers and haven’t had a problem, but my baby’s still too little for Cruisers.
My daughter has never had diaper rash problems until she tried the Dry Max version of Pampers. I used to love Pampers, but now we’re sticking with Huggies. It’s a great idea to sign up for a sample and give them a try without spending money. That way you can find out if your child has any kind of skin reaction to them.
I am having issues requesting the sample. I registered and logged in (Even says Hi Jessica! in the top right corner) but when I go to “request a sample” it tells me to log in again. Grrr… anyone else having this issue?
Jessica, yes – same thing happened to me – can’t get past that pesky “Log In” page even though I’m recognized by the site….
Had that too. I logged out completely, and went to the link Collin gave and logged back in in the space right under the picture of the diapers—not in the top right-hand log-in spot.
I am having the same problem, I have logged out and tried again and it is still not working.

Thank you! I think I have 4 or 5 of these samples on hand. It’s great that I’m adding those to my pile before I actually buy bigger ones. Not to mention, I still have a lot of diapers from the baby shower. The box right now is a free one. If she stays in the current size, we won’t have to buy it unless LO goes right through ’em!
Please beware of these diapers. Swaddlers are being made with Dry max too now, they are phasing out the old ones. DD used them 1 day and had a chemical burn. She has NEVER had a rash before this. We spent over 300.00 on creams. She had blisters on her and then her skin peeled off. It was awful. She screamed during every diaper change. It was the worst thing ever, and honestly, they couldn’t PAY me to use them again. I just hope others don’t have the same problems, but from what I’ve heard, A LOT are. So be careful moma’s. To me, a couple free diapers are NOT worth the risk. THe people who have not had burn problems have said they leak and smell awful.
We have had similar problems with Cruisers too Ashley. Thankfully ours are not as bad and we stopped using them immediately. Just waiting for more high value Huggies coupons now!
Yep. We don’t use Pampers anymore because of this either.
It’s really sad. And I hate that so many moms are disregarding all the negative feedback with the new dipes. It sucks. If I had heard anything of the sort, I would NEVER have put them on my little girl.

I snagged mine for my g.daughter. I love VocalPoint, they send out great samples once you are a member.
Vocalpoint is great…..getting free samples and trying new products is fun. It’s a nice surprise to get in the mailbox. Also some of the samples they send have the most creative packaging…..it’s always interesting to see how they are marketing new products. I would recommend anyone to sign up for it…they also send great high value coupons with some of the samples. I think last time I received a Kashi sample and it included a coupon for free box of crackers or cereal, as well as a bunch of $1.50 off coupons.
Yes, please, please be careful! The difference with these new diapers (which is being implemented into all their diapers) is that they use more of the chemicals. It’s not merely a rash or reaction, but an actual chemical burn on the skin that can cause severe infection, scarring and other complications. There is a facebook group with photos and more information.

We use cloth during the day but a disposable at night so this is like half a weeks diapers! Thanks!
Which cloth do you use? They should work overnight. My kiddos sleep a loooooong time, I rarely have issues with leakage.
We use a few different types (hand-me-downs). All of my girlfriends ask me which type I like the best but I love them all equally!
