    Thanks, Collin. I’m making potato salad for Mother’s day.

  2. Ellen

    You can print this 2x with a different unique code (per computer). After you log in and print the first time, just go back through the link that Collin supplies & print again. It will have a different code on it. I tried it 3x, but it only works 2 times.

    • Jean in Calif.

      Thanks Ellen I was able to print it 2 times also.

  3. Taci

    I like to do baked potatoes in my crockpot! Wash, prick, and sprinkle with a little salt and olive oil, cook on low for 6-8 hours and you will have the best baked potato ever!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      yum im going to copy and paste this in my cook book file on the computer – sounds yummy

    • Amy M

      thanks for the tip. Hate to turn on the oven here in AZ during the summer months.

    • Elizabeth M.

      What a great idea! I’m saving this too:)

  4. sandy f

    Thanks, Collin!

  5. Cindy

    Thanks! When I printed mine it let me print as many as I wanted!

    • Lynn

      Yes it lets you print as many as you can but you can only use ONE. It has the coupon unique id # on the botton left and the store will only get PAID FOR ONE. So use of more than one is COUPON FRAUD. Just a friendly note from another couponer.

      • kris

        you are absolutly correct and if you use a bunch of them you bet their a$$ they can trace it back to your account it was printed from and your IP….not worth it girls, and not fair to the stores that wont get paid

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          They had you type in your address when you registered, and I assume they store the unique IDs of the coupons along with your address. Unless of course you gave them a fake address.

  6. Laura

    We have a local grocery store here that always puts out coupons in the paper for 68 cents for a 15 lb of potatoes! Not Green Giant brand but I suppose at that price it wouldn’t matter. LOL I still have over 10 lbs left from my last bag.

  7. Teri

    Where did everyone find this brand last time around? I never found them here in WA.

    • Jenna

      I’ve seen them at Meijer.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      I found them at Albertsons here in MT

  8. Marcia

    This is great. I am out of potatoes and was thrilled to see the grocery store I shop at had green giant 5lb bags on special this week for .72 which is a great price here. Now I can get 2 bags for that price. Excellent timing! Thanks Collin!

    • dawn

      .72? wow that is a great price! what store is that at? thanks!

      • JennyBerg

        Same price @ my store, Fareway…Des Moines Iowa area

    • Marcia

      Yes, Fareway is it , in Cedar Rapids Iowa.

      • deb

        yes but fareway will not take internet coupons

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          then just price match it at Walmart.

          • Kiley

            I’ve never had a problem using internet coupons at the Waukee Fareway. YAY! Two bags for .72!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      OMG! 72 cents!!! Potatoes are $3 for 5 lbs. WOWEEEE

  9. Patti

    What kinds of things can I make with potatoes that I can freeze? I am definitely going to do the crockpot ones. Those sounds super good!!!

    • Sarah

      I recently made twice baked potatoes following a recipe I found on recipezaar.com. The recipe has instructions on how to freeze them. I froze a bunch and defrosting them is super easy. And my husband LOVES them!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

  17. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Thanks Collin, you are wonderful! Cheap potatoes yeah!!!!!!!!!!

  18. fran

    Can someone please tell me the expiration date on this? This is the company that I won my trip to Maui, and they are sending me some Klondike potatoes, and I don’t want to print the coupon if it has a short expiration date. Thanks 🙂

    • Lynn

      5/31/10

      • fran

        Thanks Lynn 🙂

  19. Laura C

    Does anyone know any stores in VA that carry this brand?

    • m.p.

      Kroger and Ukrop’s sells it, but I believe they are around $4-5 bag 🙁
      Well still good deal. Potatoes here are very expensive and we use a lot of it. I almost make everything with potatoes.

  20. Amy

    noooooooooooooo, I just bought two bags of these potatoes yesterday 2/$5. Maybe I can return them…………lol!!!

  21. Dee

    Hi, Can someone tell me what stores sell these potatoes?? I’d love to know!

  22. Anonymous

    I usually cut mine into wedges, sprinkle just a little olive oil, salt and cajun seasoning. mix really well then bake in the oven on a cookie sheet at 400 for about 30 mins, then flip them over and bake another 10 mins or so. they are so crispy and yummy, low fat french fries 😉

    • Morganne

      yes! That’s what I do too…sooo yummy!

  23. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    I live in Michigan and I was able to print mine, but I already had an account set up from the last coupon. I’ve seen these Green Giant potatoes at Meijer stores.

  24. LeAnna

    I know many pple have asked-but it bears repeating…please someone let us know what stores carry these? Harris Teeter did not thave them last time this coupon was out…and I think BJ’s has only the 10 lb bags….We have Giant, Safeway and Bloom too….Has anyone ever gotten them there?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      I found them at Safeway and Super Target.

      • LeAnna

        Thanks amanda-I will try safeway

  25. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      • Kerri

        Thank you thank you thank you.. I was getting frustrated!!! Such a simple solution.. I should have thought of that!!! 🙂

  27. Amy

    potatoes must be one of those ultimate comfort foods! My kids and I love roasted potatoes, and it’s so easy! Just chop up your potatoes. Put in a baking dish, and lightly coat with oil and/or butter. Add a little salt, a few shakes of garlic and onion powders. Put in the oven at 400 for about 15 minutes. Stir, then put in 10 or so more. Check on them until they’re done. Thanks for this awesome coupon Collin!

  28. Jenna

    i saw these potatoes at Meijer today for 2/$4.

  29. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    I didn’t even know Green Giant sold fresh potatoes… I have never seen this brand in Alabama.

  30. jessyca

    awww.. darn.. i went to my local walmart and kroger, and neither store carries these potatoes.. i was really looking forward to getting some.

  31. MommySpendsLess

    I found this recipe for potato soup online a while back credited to “Jennifer Brasher.” It’s yummy and easy:

    * 5 potatoes
    * 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
    * 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
    * 1 lb smoked sausage
    * 1 medium onion
    * 1 cup milk
    * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    * 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    * 2-3 tablespoons butter
    * salt & pepper

    Directions

    1. Pour chicken broth in crock pot.
    2. Add can of mushroom soup and mix well with broth.
    3. Peel and dice potatoes, add to crock pot.
    4. Dice onion and saute in skillet with butter until soft.
    5. Slice smoked sausage and then quarter.
    6. Add to onion.
    7. Cook until smoked sausage is hot.
    8. Add to crock pot.
    9. Cook on high for 4 hours.
    10. Before serving, lower heat and add milk and cheese. Stir in cheese until melted.
    11. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water. Mix until smooth. Add to soup to help thicken.

  32. Jessica

    My local super target ad had them listed for $2.49- I wish we had potatoes for $.72!

  33. Smitha

    Does anyone know if the coupon is valid for Organic potatoes? I used to buy non-organic. But ever since I tried organic ones, I’ve become addicted to it.

  34. Kris

    I never got my coupon! It just says this:
    “Unfortunately we are only able to offer you a limited amount of coupons in a given period. You can subscribe to the Klondike Brands RSS Feed below to receive updates about new coupons, news, and other offers or just check back soon for new coupons.”

    Anyone know what happened?

    • Ashley Z.

      I just tried it and it gave me exactly the same message. Grr.. must have run out of the coupon offer??
