    Thanks! I’m still waiting for the site to load but thought I’d mention that Spring Hill Nurseries has a new $20 off $20 code 414217. It looks like the shipping is a little more than last time but I snagged myself a lemon tree this time! 🙂

      I was going to use this code but I noticed that before I put the code in, the shipping was 6.95. After I put the code in, the shipping jumped up to 12.95. Thanks anyway though.

    I keep trying to checkout and it says my promtion code is not valid, i typed in & copied and poasted it. Doesn’t work. I also seen the section where it says all clearence items are excluded from promotions 2.

      Did you try putting it in the box for gift certificates, merchandise credits, etc? Colin said it won’t work in the promotion code box.

    wont load for nothing! everytime i get to the checkout & hit submit it says internet explorer cannot display the page, then if i hit back it does the same thing. And when i finally get back to the checkout page i have to retype everything in only to hit submit & get nothing. Im done trying this site is just awful….not worth the frustration. Atleast not mine. 😉

    The site was probably ready for the huge amount of hits which is why it is slow. I’m waiting on confirmation of my order now. While I was looking a lot of clearance items changed over to out of stock.

    Early bird gets the worm! I didn’t score anything for FREE but got a 30 pack of multi-colored Giant Gladiolus Mixture for only $1.90 after coupon and shipping! Had to add in a little patience, but that’s worth a ten dollar certificate! Heck, thats a Hip2Save deal for me!!! 🙂 Cheaper than seeds or the 99 cent 6-pk marigold, etc annuals at Home Depot!     I was able to get the $10 off as mentioned by signing up for the newsletter. This effectively acts as a gift certificate. I also used promotion code TD1053B to get 50% off the original price (note – 50% off code can not be used on clearance). The site is definitely running slow. So have patience. I picked up a pretty coneflower mix for free and only had to pay $6 to help cover shipping costs. And I was able to use PayPal so I did not have to provide my credit card number online.

    Placed an order, utilized the 50% off code and the $10 e-mail sign-up gift. The pending order showed $5.45 would be billed to my PayPal account and they processed $15.45. I will call in the morning to attempt to rectify or cancel.

        Let me know how your call goes. I e-mailed them, I just uses $10 ecode, got charges 11.90 when I was anticipating $1.90. I wont be able to call until Wednesday AM.

          I just called to CS about the same situations. My PP order still shows that I have to pay $10.99, but I double checked my order before submit, and it said $10 gift code(or something) plus $0.99 from PP payment. So I called them and CS guy named Mike said ” It takes time us to send you an order confirmation(he said taking one hour after submitting your order) but when you get it(by e-mail), you will see we deduct the $10 gift code from your order.” So I ‘m waiting to see my order confirmation e-mail.

    geez. its sad when people get the codes but didn’t actually READ what Collin wrote, so they don’t understand how to actually use them.

    Come on people, she specifically said DO NOT put the code in the PROMO box, but put it in the other one, says Gift Cert. ect.

    However, Now there are no more codes for those who want them too. Bummer.

    This company only guarantees their plants for one year, although the price is very tempting, but I believe it is Gurneys that will guarantee their plants for life if they do not grow, if you save your receipt. They are a very reputable company, as is Spring Hill and Brecks. I have ordered from them for years and their customer service is great! And their plants arrive in prime condition at correct time for planting. Just my .02 worth.

    FYI – I placed my order and was shown an order total of $0.45, but they charged $10.45 to my PayPal account. I am emailing them as they do not answer the phone. SIGH…

      I placed my order and it also was shown as $0.45 but when I went to my paypal account it showed the full $10.45 pending for the last three days. However, the order finally was actually processed today and it did only go through for the $0.45. I think the company had to manually process the $10.00 gift code which is why initially it appeared to charge me $10.45. Either way, I hope my $0.45 flowers arrive in good condition!

      I talked to their customer service today, and they said that PayPal authorizes the entire amount, and then later when the charge is processed (on shipment) they release the funds, only charging you the amount that should be charged. I checked in my PayPal again, and it has been reduced to only $0.45. Yay! And I got the shipment this weekend, but was afraid to open it in case I had to fight with them to get my $$ back. Yay for $0.45 bulbs for my MIL’s b’day gift!
