For 13 minutes it’s been giving me registration errors and telling me to “please try again later”. UGH!

Did you go down and fill out the little questionaire at the bottom of the page after it accepted your address? After I filled that out also, it took me to a page that confirmed.

I just talked to a customer service rep for Gillett and she told me that the reason I keep getting the message that my email is already in the system is because the promotion is over. She did however off to send me a $5/1 coupon that will be good for when the razor is relased June 6th.

I think they have issues when you try to register for the first time… I registered and then it told me my email address already existed in the system (which is impossible) so I went back to the Youtube page and signed in as a registered user and my info popped up and it let me get one! 🙂
How frustrating was that! I just gave up 45 minutes of my life for them to continue to deny my account, stating that they had all 7 email addresses that I gave them, already on file. Wow! Sorry hubby, NO free razor for you.
Someone else already said this and it just now worked for me. I signed up as a first time user, went all the way through, nothing happened. Then went back to the youtube page and signed in as a returning user. All my info was already saved, went through the screens and got the confirmation message at about 1:01. Hope that helps someone.

Gillette really needs to give away more. Im tired of keeping my open for one and then its to late. How irritating! I really want one to give to my man!
