  Mine went back to the form too. I filled it out again and back to the form. Talk about how to keep a girl wanting freebies busy for a few min! haha

  Ok so I tried it again but this time using Firefox (first 2 times was with IE) and I DID get a confirmation page!!! So try Firefox and see if that helps!! 😉

    I think if I were those of you that didn’t get a confirmation, I would try a different browser. I tried first with IE and it just went back to the main screen like many of you said. Then, when I tried Google Chrome, I got a confirmation and as I was filling out the form, I could tell it was a little different.

    I didn’t bother. The only choices were Medium (for a sunkissed look) and Dark (for a tan look). Since I have very fair skin and do not desire a different skin color, I skipped the offer.
