At our Toys r Us they have slightly different packaging, but they have sets that are $2.50 normally, so that would make them $1.25/each 🙂
I’m guessing the 5.00 walmart price is for the 2 packs, but I know they sell them with 1 pet which is probably the ones that are around 2.50 – I like the 1.00 (ish) price better because I can throw these into our prize bin for good behavior over the week! 🙂
I got 2 packs yesterday at Toys R Us using the B1G1 Free coupon from coupons.com and paid $5.49 + tax. Not as good as Walmart but still a good deal AND I got to surprise my daughter last night for working so hard on her chores.
I absolutely refuse to shop at Wal-Mart. I know Target has the 2 pack sets for less than $5 all of the time. And, they carry the smaller 1 figure sets for around $2.
My daughter is super excited about using this B1G1 Free coupon… she LOVES Littlest Pet Shop. If I’m not mistaken the coupon is for a specific series of littlest pet shop toys. Has anyone had any problems using the coupon? or where do you find the series number on the toys?
Target has the 2 packs reg. price for 4.98. The coupon says it’s for certain ones…there are numbers listed on the coupon. However, in addition to the small sets, my daughter bought a larger item for 9.99 and when they scanned the coupon it took of 9.99!!!!
I am not finding the 2 for 1 Littlest Pet Shop coupon on coupons.com did they take it off. I looked through all 168 items 3 times and did not find it.
Please help me if I am missing something.

these are the small “Asst.” numbers. I found them in the lower right corner or upper left corner of the packages. there were 2 numbers on each package, but the sales associate told me, that if at least one of them is matching, it is good to use. (the cashier didnt even look at the numbers…) we found the numbers on a cat, a dog, turtle+bunnie pack, lamb+birdie pack.

The numbers are on front of the package. The codes respond to the picture on the coupon, if that helps.
I used mine at Walmart yesterday – it seems to me, it all depends on the cashier… we were lucky yesterday, she was extra nice with us! we bought 2x$5 single pets with accessories and 2x$5.64 two pet sets. Our Target cashiers are not as nice to couponers :(.
I must just be lucky… but I have never had a problem using coupons at Wal-mart. I have never had a cashier even question me using one. I use Internet coupons there every week. Never had a problem at Target either. I love my northern Indiana stores.

I think it’s a ymmv. It depends on the cashier and sometimes the store. Each store is different.

I’ve seen rumors on Money Saving Momma (Mama?) and also refundcents.com (where I heard about it first) Refundcents.com DID say, it totally depends on the cashier. I’d suggest buying a small filler item to not make the $0.00 + tax seem so obvious 😀
If anyone still has these, I saw at my Target on Monday they have others on price cut that are normally up to $6.04(?) for $4! THey were the ones in the little zipper case and the postcard pets. I have one left I need to go back this week. Good stocking stuffers.
