    where is a winco located????

    • Jessica

It’s based out of Boise, ID, but they also have stores in Washington, Nevada, California, Oregon, and Utah. You can check out their website for more specific details. https://www.wincofoods.com/

lol I believe this is your first post about winco deals! This used to be my #1 store (prices are regularly CHEAP) but I moved a little farther…still close enough for a trip on my way to work though! 🙂 Thanks!
PS my bf said he went in the other day w/ a friend and had to fight the urge to buy everything in sight. I asked him why and he said, “because everything is so cheap” lol

  3. Karen

I used to shop at Winco all the time. Very cheap, produce isnt very good and you have to bag yor own groceries. But sometimes its worth the trip.

  4. Lashelle

Thanks for posting about WinCo. It is my favorite place to shop. I got some of the deals you mentioned.

  5. SALINA (CALIFORNIA)

I LOVE WINCO MARKET! I LOVE SHOPPING THERE! I can get two-three weeks of food for $120.00.

  6. Marnee

Thank you so much for this post! I live 2 minutes away and I love that they consistently have inexpensive prices and you don’t have to mess with a card or store coupons. You do have to get a manager key if your coupons go over $10 though and they wouldn’t accept a smart source printable one time. Still worth it for me because I live so close.

  7. jaime

Man…all of these prices are crazy cheap!!! Too bad im in miami fl!!!

  8. Dawn

Hey, the huggies wipes coupon reset for me.

  9. Christina

Off topic… does anyone know where I can get Country Bob’s Sauce? I have a coupon for a free full size bottle but I can’t find this stuff ANYWHERE? Has anyone in South Jersey or the Philly area had any luck finding it, and if so, could you tell me where? Heck I’d even go to Northern Delaware if someone told me they found it there! 🙂

    • FIFSTER

Write, email or call the manufacturer, or look on their website, they’ll let you know where they sell them.

    • Christine

They have the County Bob’s at Fred Meyer ( Kroger affilate)

      • Christina

Thank you! I went to the site and it’s telling me the closest store to me is almost 2 hours away lol. Luckily it’s on the way to my parents’ house so I’ll have to do a slight detour on the way to our next visit. 🙂

    • Sunny

I finally found it at Walmart. HTH.

  10. Katie

WinCo’s are all over the Western US. They just got them here in Utah and I LOVE them! They have bulk spices there that are so beyond cheap. I bought about a half ziplock sandwich size bag full of four different spices (parsley, chives and I don’t remember what else) and paid about $1 total! I have only been a few times but am just amazed at the prices every time I go. I need to do some research and find out their coupon policy unless someone has already?

  11. Laura

I love Winco! I always go there when I have good coupons like the recent coupons for BBQ sauce. They always have great prices. Their cereal is the only thing that is really overpriced there. You have to know your prices for everything, as with every store. And they are great at accepting coupons which most lower priced stores aren’t. Thanks for posting these deals!!
I just got a HUGE jar of Vlassic kosher dill pickles there for a little over $3 and when I say huge I mean it!! And a small jar of relish for 98 cents… of course the day before the pickle coupons came out. Still a great price tho!

  12. Taci

I love this store! thank you so much for posting this!

  13. Ashley

.48 for the new Kraft Mac n cheese?!?!?!?!?! REALLY, the boxes!?!?!?! Wow! That is fantastic!

  14. bonnie

Thanks for the winco post… I am going tomorrow 🙂

  15. FIFSTER

My Winco the prices go up and down almost each week. One week I buy (for example) string cheese sticks for the kids, and they are $2.48 a pack of 12, this week they were $3.99!!! So make sure you keep an eye on your prices, don’t pay too much for something that will go back down in price next week.
The Hummus at my store (Brush Prairie, Washington) was $2.58 the Resers Salads were high than that too. My store didn’t carry the Explosion Mac N Cheese one. The Bar-S hotdogs were the same price, I got them! 🙂

Collin, I would love it if you posted regular Winco deals!!! Thank you!!!

    • Kris

I know! I thought I was reading the price wrong about those cheese sticks! I went to buy some this week and couldn’t believe it:) My store in Spokane didn’t have the Kraft Explosion Mac either. I need to check the hummus price, since it’s a family favorite.

    • Jamie

We had the Kraft Explosion the other day. . . . not so great. My 3 year old was easily able to eat the entire box herself. They use spiral noodles, which take up more space in the box, so there are less of them when compared to the elbow macaroni. IMO, I think that is why they can call it explosion. They use the same amount of cheese sauce, but there are less noodles, therefore making it more cheesy. Anyway, we still prefer the regular boxes at our house.

    • Julie

fifster~ do you know if they take internet printable coupons there? I usually hit the hwy99 one but when I called to ask I got the ‘i don’t know’

      • bonnie

They do take internet printables….I go to the one on 122nd, portland. If they say no ask for a manger. But if your coupon doesn’t scan, then you are out of luck. 🙁 Also you will need a mangers key if you go over $10 in coupon savings, so like EVERY time I go…LOL..

  16. Teresa

Winco is my husbands FAVORITE store. He must buy about 5 lbs of their granola every week. It’s about $1.50 lb. Sometimes their produce isn’t the best but we shop there l lot!

  17. Kelly

Thanks so much for posting this! I feel like I miss out on a lot of deals because all the stores you post deals about seem to be on the East coast only, but now I finally get to take part in a good deal!

  18. Rebekah

SO excited to see a Winco post!!! We love Winco, we shop there for everything but our produce and meat, because you CAN NOT beat their prices. Their coupon policy is very good, they take all coupons and internet coupons and from my experiance the cashiers are pretty well trained, I’ve only hit one unknowledgable cashier in the year I’ve been couponing. If you have more than a certain number of coupons, they do have to call over the manager or supervisor, but they never give you trouble for it! Since you bag your own groceries my husband usually has everything bagged by the time they’re done and you’re out of there! Keep these posts up Collin, I love it!

  19. Brie

My Winco doesn’t take printed coupons at all or any coupons for a free product without a written letter from the manufactuer. I still love Winco though and still do half of my shopping there just not the coupon part unless I have non-printed coupons and they have the better deal but still I find myself sticking to non-coupon shopping there, they are so not coupon friendly at mine!

  20. Donna

I LOVE Winco! You really can’t beat their prices and their bulk section is wonderful. I buy nearly everything there except meat–produce is iffy. They’ve always taken my coupons with no problems. BTW, WINCO stands for Washington Idaho Nevada California Oregon. They just moved into Utah–are they changing the name to Wincou? =) Please keep posting Winco deals!!!

    • Dana

I always that it stood for the states too. But it is actually stand for “Winning Company”. That’s what it says on their website. “1999 when it changed its storefront name and the corporate name to WinCo Foods, which stands for Winning Company.” Just an interesting fact. 🙂

  21. Joelle

Thank you for posting WINCO deals. Great prices usually!

  22. Marnee

Just got back from the winco by my house. the salad was 2.58 (still really good), the hot dogs that are .68 cents where the 12 oz and the coupon is for 16 oz, the 16 oz bar s are .98 cents, the hummus was $2.48 and I couldn’t find any pretzels at my store for .98 cents (darn) Some other deals I found where the butterball turkey bacon $1.98 I used my $1/2 coupon, hansen’s pomegranate soda $1.98 I used the .55/1 coupon from 5/23, ragu sauce is .98 cents and there is a $1/2 coupon from 5/23, also the farmer john bacon was $3.25 and there was a $2/1 coupon also from 5/23. Hope this helps someone 😉

  23. Kalin

i love winco! the bulk section is fantastic-i get flour, spices, beans, and nuts there!
jars of pasta sauce are always cheap there too. and pickles! i’ve gotten pickles sooo cheap with a coupon there.

  24. Florence

I LOVE Winco. Mine has great produce (except the bananas recently) unlike some I have heard about. The prices do change all the time (does anybody know why?), but are still routinely cheaper than anywhere else without sales/coupons. Different stores carry different selections of items. Luckily I have 3 in my area that are easily accessible! I had a friend tell me that if your regular store doesn’t carry an item you’d like all you have to do is ask and they’ll order it??? Does anyone know if this is true?

    • Donna

I think it is. You can also order bulk items and they will give you a discount. My mom ordered 50 lbs. of rice and they took off 10 cents a pound.

  25. Shannan

I love our 2 WinCo stores, but neither one will accept internet coupons. I usually will check my ads, create my shopping list and get my coupons together, then stop into WinCo first, bc they don’t have ads in our area and they somtimes come out cheaper even w/o the coupons…

  26. Sarah

OMG. Your 1st Winco post Collin! You’re a WinCo virgin 🙂 LOL! I feel so sorry for those who don’t have a neighborhood WinCo ~ it’s THE best market, hands down!!!! Wow, I never thought you’d discover Winco, since you’re on the East Coast. If you ever want a California WinCo tour, I’m your Girl. It’s the best kept secret on the West Coast…shhhh. Lovin it!

  27. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

We have had a very hard time with our local Winco taking the printable coupons, so I think it is a store by store basis. We go there because their prices are always cheap and that is just the price so you are always charged correctly. I have found lately though that with things on sale at Fred Meyer, they are cheaper at Freddies which is crazy cheap you just have to shop smart. Collin Please keep posting Winco deals, the hummus and bar-s deals are awesome.

  28. Bridget

I’m with everyone else, I was so excited when I scrolled down and saw the WinCo logo! I have to agree the produce at ours is really awful, but the rest of the store is great. I drug my friend on her first shopping trip there and it was a blast to watch her amazement at the prices. Ours is in a college town, so most days it is impossible to get through, and game weekends it’s wall to wall people! 🙂

  29. Emily

I was so excited to see the WinCo post, too! I love their bulk section. I can refill our Quaker oats large size can for about $1! And my sweet husband recently picked up cinnamon for me. He got enough to fill 1 1/2 spice containers and it was about $0.65. I went to Stater Bros. today because it was more convenient and I just wandered the store, not wanting to pay even their low prices knowing that I could be paying even less at WinCo. Hope to see more of these posts! Thanks, Collin!
