    • toph

      Olay rebate:)

  2. cathy

what zip do you use for the $5 off $25 rite aid coupon?

    • Dee

      It’s 08822!

    • cathy

found the zip 08094 with 50 mile radius

  3. Faith

    Collin,
did Shannon mention which rebate is taking a photocopied receipt?
    Thanks!
    Faith

    • Collin

You can have a photocopy of your receipt for the magazine rebate offer! 🙂

  4. Sheila

If you can find the Olay products! I checked 2 stores and they had NONE left! They both won’t get them in by tomorrow either 🙁

    • supersaversarah

Get a raincheck! 🙂 It’s a little more work to get SCR on the items, but for this kind of a MM it might be worth it! 😉

  5. Laurie

WOW! I’m heading to Rite Aid today! Thanks!

  6. Erin

Oy. I was really trying to avoid this one. I guess that will now depend upon whether I have Qs 🙂

  7. Kelly

I thought the sale price only applied if you bought them both in the same transaction?

    • Kerry

Hi – I did this transaction yesterday..and in each transaction it rang up for $22.
      (sale price)

    • Christa

I was a bit confused about this also. However just got back from doing this deal and they do indeed ring up at $22 by themselves on each transaction. I believe it is do to the wellness+savings card.

  8. MoKeaton

The $100 P&G coupon booklet has 3 $5/1 Olay Regenerist coupons!

    • Erin

They are for Regenerist facial moisturizer or facial cream. The pore scrub wouldn’t qualify. I’m not sure about the serum.

      • Brandi

I would say try the Qs. I just came from CVS and used one of the $5 Qs on Total Effects.

        • Linda Hahn

I thought the $5/1 Regenerist coupon was for Facial Cleanser or Facial Moisturizer (FC/FM) and that scrub is actually a cleanser (I got it on a previous deal and I wasn’t a fan so I may try another item in its place).

      • Barb

The $5 coupon worked just fine on the serum.

      • Doaa

Now I understand why the $5 coupon beeped when I tried it with the Regenerist Cleanser. The cashier & I thought FC meant facial cleanser so she entered it manually.

  9. Kelly Jean

OK, I’m new to this–especially these kind of deals. I’m not figuring out why I have to buy the Advil. To be able to use the $5 off $25 coupon? Can I buy other things (that I need) to get it to $25 or am I missing something with the Advil? Thanks!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You can, she is just showing you the best way to spend less OOP with coupons:)

    • krista

I was thinking the same thing! I thought it might have been needed for some hidden rebate I wasn’t seeing! LOL! I ended up doing the B1G1 on jumbo candy bars for my kids and husband- so we all got something we wanted. Yeah!

    • Carrie

Wouldn’t the deal be sweeter if you used a $5/$20 video values coupon instead?

      • Julie S.

Yes, but some stores limit you to only using 1 in the month, and some people might not want to do the VideoValues.

  10. CM

I hate it when this happens. I had found a bunch of clearanced Olay stuff at my Safeway and figured that was my best shot (that was before they extended the time limit on the Olay buy $50/get $20 rebate, too). And two days after I submitted the rebate, I got the P&G booklet with the awesome Regenerist qs AND found out they were extending the rebate, so I could have used them. Oh well, I still got 3 makeup removers, an eye cream and a toner for free.
There has to be a term for this feeling… couponer’s remorse? 🙂

  11. Amy

man!!! why can’t we have rite aid in our area??? i love this stuff 🙁

  12. amanda s.

I used an $11.99 up+reward from the huggies deal and a $20 rite aid certificate from my allergy rewards and my total for the serum, cream, face wash and 2 big packs of kit kats was only $0.29 which I paid on a previously earned giftcard! Woo hoo, I love rite aid 🙂

  13. maggie pie

where can I find the P&G Coupon booklet rebate #4? Was that in newspaper inserts?

    • Sarah

You’ll get it from Rite Aid automatically through the single check rebate. The coupons are only good at Rite Aid.

  14. lilia

hi i just did this deal yeterday on two transaction i had 2 ($5 off) the regerenerist wich came on the booklet 1($5/25),1($5/20) and olso i dont know if you remember when colin posted a while ago about the free box of olay i didn’t got it but i got a $3 off any facial moisturrizer product
so i used all this coupon to score three free product( olay regenerist cream, olay regenerist serum, olay night) and $6.31 money maker
i calculate my money maker after the tax

  15. lacey

Is this an extension on the Olay $50/$20 rebate or a NEW one? I know alot of times they come out with a new one once the old one expires. I need to know before purchasing anything b/c I did the old one. Please someone let me know! Thanks!

    • Julie S.

You can only do 1 (one) for the date that it was mentioned in the newspaper. I just got the 2/14 in the mail, and the 12/27 a bit ago. I think the one that’s linked in the deal above is for the 4/11.
They have so many rebates, it can get confusing. I either scan or copy my rebate, so I know if I’ve submitted it before. Other people just write it down in a notebook.
      Hope that helps.

      • lacey

So, did they basically just extend the offer dates or is it new altogether?

        • Irina G.

Lacey, I just called Olay. They basically just extended the time on the Olay rebate, so I don’t qualify for it again (b/c I already submitted it, even though it used to expire in May). So mine won’t be a MM (boo), but still close to free…

  16. jade

there was a b1 olay moisturizer get one olay scrub in the parade magazine yesterday. since i always get to papers… i got two coupons.. thanks for the heads up!

  17. Debbie

Hi, I’m new to all this and a little slow in putting it all together. Why do you have to do two separate purchases? It looks like the sample transactions above are for final prices of just over $20 and around $15. I thought you had to spend $50 for the Olay rebate and $30 for the magazine or $12 rebate. I just don’t get it. Even with the Rite Aid $20 rebate, it says you have to purchase both micro sculpting cream and serum to get the $20. Why buy them separately? Sorry to be slow lane-brained! I would appreciate a detailed explanation if anyone has time. 🙂 Thanks!

    • Christina

Pretty sure its because then you can use 2 of the $5/$25 Rite Aid Coupons, which makes your total less. Hope that helps!

    • krista

Also, the Olay rebate is for retail price before coupons, so the $50 will come from the 2 regenerist products and one other product that you choose. My store didn’t have any of the scrub, so I chose something else that was around $10, to get to my $50 needed for the rebate.

    • krista

Oh, and with the rite aid single check rebates, you just have to buy all the products needed within the time period allowed- they dont all have to be purchased within the same transaction. So you need to buy 1 cream and 1 serum anytime before Tuesday to get the rebate from Rite Aid.

  18. krista

Yeah! Had to go to two stores to find it, but I got the last serum in this whole area. That was a close one! Thanks Collin!!!

  19. cjs

I don’t see in the fine print (on the P&G link) where it says that copies of receipts are accepted for the Magazine Rebate, but it is worth a try anyway.

    • krista

I was kind of thinking that they might accept copies because if you choose the magazine, rather than the refund, you’re not required to send in any receips- its an online deal. Totally worth a try in my book! Oh, I also didn’t see anywhere that it stated “original” receipts, leading me to believe that copies will do just fine! 🙂

  20. Sheila

The women @ Rite Aid said you can’t use a raincheck for the SCR!

    • Kim

That is not true. If you log into your SCR account, you can find information on how to submit your receipt after using a rain check. They have you fax it to them.

      • Erin

Yes, but it is extraordinarily hard to find someone who (A) knows that they do offer rainchecks on SCRs and (B) knows how to ring up said rain check so that SCR will credit the deal. Not worth it, in my opinion, because too many times they don’t ring it up correctly, then you have to go around and around with SCR customer service.

  21. Cindy H.

I had a hard time finding both the serum and cream at my stores. Finally the third store that I went to let me get the Regenerist UV cream while using the Serum bar code. The products are priced the same, but now my receipt has the correct info for the serum — meaning that the rebate should work even though I substituted a similar product.

I’m totally excited about the extra $12! Hopefully these rebates will come soon.

    • Julie S.

Lucky break! I wonder how many stores would be willing to do that!?!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I first couldn’t find the serum, but I asked. They said generally the new products are on displays and it was. Why must they hide the new things?

  22. Marci

If you have the short ad, the Olay WILL NOT ring up as $22 each. It will ring up as 29.99. I had a fiasco today. I was hoping that the Wellness card would deduct to be $22 and it didn’t. So I called customer service to complain that because I live in an area with the short ad that I have to pay $15.98 extra?!?! And the prices she were talking about were get the two for $24 after rebate. Well if it’s not in my ad, I will only get it for $40 after rebate. The customer service lady then looked up my store and told me that the wellness card should have had it ring up to $22. She then connected me to the store and they told me to come back in to get a refund. I go back to the store (20 min. away) to get the refund and the manager who rung me up before said that he told me I would not get it for $22 and I would have to pay $29.99 or return the items. Why in the world was I asked to go back into the store for a refund of the difference?!?! I went back out to call customer service and I will hopefully get a call from the higher ups in a few days. I went back in the store and the manager gave me a $14 gift card, which doesn’t cover the difference and only after embarassing me. UGH. So if anyone lives in the short ad area, you will have to pay $15.98 more even though a majority of the country will get the sale price.

  23. tiffany

I’m a bit confused about this one P&G magazine subscription rebate offer? It seems you can submit the information on line therefore not needing a receipt. Is it just me?

    • Lolo

no I think you are talking about the p&G coupon book and when youn enter your receipt info into the SCR program, it tally’s it up under a psecial section of P&G products, so yes you do need to have a receipt!

    • Julie S.

If you want the magazine, you do not need to submit the receipts, but if you want the $, then you have to mail it in with the receipts.

  24. cathy

I didn’t read close enough on the $12 deal and checked, “no thanks” thinking it would bring up a box to click for the refund. The next page told me thanks for entering. UGH. Hopefully, I can mail it in with the photocopied receipt and still get the $12. Guess we’ll see…

  25. Kari

The $12 rebate also says it can be on $30 of any Cover Girl products….so….instead of taking the chance on them not accepting a copy of the receipt (you really never know), I’m just going to send in my receipt for the Cover Girl makeup that I got for free at the beginning of the month. 🙂

    • Cindy H.

      Good thinking 🙂

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I did this too! $30 worth of totally free CG with the B1G1 deal and then submitted for this $12 rebate…pure profit is so rare!

  26. Debbie Cyr

I am also confused about this, i just went and bought the products, and don’t really know if copies are going to work……Colleen, can you give some more directions?

    • Lolo

you do not need copies. You will enter the info from your receipt online for the rite aid scr rebate and then you send your original receipt to Olay for the MIR. No copies needed except make one to keep for your own records. HTH

      • Debbie Cyr

I am tlking about the P & G rebate, not the rite aid or the actual olay rebate…:)

  27. Lori

I am not a rite Aid fan. There are 2 nice cashiers there that I was hoping to get, but they were not there.I tried to do the 2 transaction deal today. I was so excited cause I had everything in line and they had all the products. When I got to the register the cashier told me I had to buy both the sculpting creme and the serum in one transaction or it would not qualify for the rebate. With $20 at stake I could not chance it. Then she rang up and put my items in the bag and without even matching up the items decided I could only use 2 of my 3 coupons. I said why I have 3 items and 3 coupons so she randomly pulled up 2 items and said you can use these 2 but not that one without giving a reason why. Again I said why? It was a $5 Q on regenerist facial moisterizer or cleanser and I showed her it clearly said facial cleanser. She scanned it and guess what no beeps. I don’t think she really knew what she was talking about. I figured I lost out $4 and an Advil PM. But, I am still overjoyed. All in all I paid $35 and hope to get back $52 in rebates.

  28. Ellie

If we can’t find the serum, is there any reason why we can just buy 2 sculpting creams? They’re the same price…

    • Alexis

The SCR says you have to buy one of each.
I couldn’t find the serum anywhere in my area either. Bummer.
I’m also annoyed b/c of this whole new Wellness thing–since it’s new I don’t think to give the cashier my card and they forget to ask for it! Argh. :-p

    • Cindy H.

The rebate says specifically you have to buy one of each.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Check the displays…thats where I found it. It’s on the shelf with the rest of the Olay.

  29. Barb

    Here’s what I did today –

    SCR Valid 5/23- 5/25
Olay Micro Sculpting Serum AND Micro Sculpting Cream 2/$44

    Best Deal:
    Buy 1 at $22
    Use $5 off $20
Use $5/1 found in the P&G coupon booklet
Use $1 off $10 Wellness Skin Care Coupon
    Pay $11

On my 2nd transaction I also bought the Olay Regenerist Micro-purifying foaming Cleaners for $9.99 and I used the third $5/1 found in the P&G coupon booklet.

So my 2nd transaction looked like this

    Buy 1 at $22
    Buy 1 at $9.99
    Total $31.99

    Use $5 off $20 or $5 off $25
Use 2 – $5/1 found in the P&G coupon booklet
Use $1 off $10 Wellness Skin Care Coupon from here
    Pay $15.99

Pay $26.99 OOP for the 2 transactions
Get $20 SCR #73 and $20 Olay Rebate
Final Cost = $14 moneymaker with the Olay Rebate

That doesn’t even include the other $12 rebate!

  30. Barb

ooops, I used the wrong email.

  31. Chuss

BEWARE ************* This deal does not work
$20 Olay Rebate with $50 purchase– rebate form available here (cannot use this coupon as the total sale does not equal $50.00 or greater)

    • Margie

It is $50 BEFORE coupons…the rebate does not specify that it’s $50 after coupons. Olay’s rebates are pretty much all the same…your total must be $50 before coupons. After coupons it doesn’t matter how much your total is.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yeah, that’s right. It’s before coupons. I’ve already done the rebate when CVS had the Definity deal and I used the BOGO coupons.

    • Cindy H.

Your total is over $50 when you buy the two Micro Sculpting products plus you have to buy another Olay product for $6.99 or over. Several people have been getting the scrub, as shown in the header picture, but you can fill in with any Olay product you need.

  32. Chuss

BEWARE **************** $20.00 Olay rebate form says, submit original receipt.
You will not get rebate if you submit photo copies of reciept

    • Margie

The copy is for the magazine subscription or the $12 refund…NOT the $20/off of $50.

  33. Lesley Estes

Does anyone know if we are just supposed to print the magazine form without the info and only write on the bottom of the form. I entered it all but when i printed it of course you couldnt see all the barcode numbers. What is everyone planning to do to get them the barcode info?

    • Deepika

I got my $12 refund check last week .(I sent receipts with the covergirl deal earlier)
      I did this——-
      1) Check “No Thanks” tab under the magazine pics
      2)Fill all the info – Barcode(s) , Date of purchase, price of purchase ..from the receipts….entry form(name & email address) ..etc.. ;
      3)Print the Entire page with the filled info (to be mailed) ;
4)submit entry online (Make sure you checked – No thanks )
      5) Fill your address on the form below the offer/refund details on the printed page.
      6) Mail the entire page with Refund written on the top along with the receipt

  34. Melanie Ciarniello

FYI- I tried to do the Olay rebate about a week after I purchased the products and found out I needed the code from the boxes! Keep the boxes, otherwise you have to go get the code from one of the boxes at the store!

  35. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for pointing that out! I hadn’t thought to look.

  36. Laura

Collin! I’m doing the Coupon HAPPY DANCE! I had gift cards to Rite Aid that I have been waiting for rebated items to convert to cash (free gift cards for transferring scripts!) I spent a total of $.28 out of my own pocket to do this Olay/Advil 2 Transaction wonder and will get back $50.84 ($20 RA Rebate, $20 Olay rebate, $12 Olay rebate – .88 for stamps – .28 out of pocket!) HAPPY DANCE!
    U ROCK!

  37. Ana Mata

Is anyone going to try to also do the $100 P&G coupon booklet rebate that was in the 5/2 P&G? Do they take copies for that rebate?

    • Susan

I was thinking about doing that as well, but I’ve never gotten one of these before. I’ll try it. The worst that happens is I’m out a stamp

    • Cindy H.

I was thinking the same thing, but I think that says original receipts and we need the originals for the $20 Olay rebate. I guess it’s worth sending in copies, you’ll only be out a stamp.

  38. Steph

My Rite Aid doesn’t carry the serum either and I was told they won’t get any until June. The lady gave me a Rain Check for the price of each minus what the price would be with the SCR. So my RC is for $12 per item. But that means that I can’t submit for the Olay $20/$50 rebate when I do purchase them. Nor can I use my $5/$25 coupons then. UGH! Was there a different way to get the rebate from the full price with a rain check? Does this make sense? I ended up purchasing 2 moisturizing creams and a face wash.
    2 creams $44 + face wash $8= $52 – 2 $5/1 FMFC- $2/1 face wash- 2 $5/25 (did two transactions)= $30 oop – $20/$50 rebate- $12 magazine rebate= $2 mm.
It’s not a $22 mm but still a good deal, right?

  39. Jena Craig

I’m a tad late on this deal. Will it still work if I purchase these items on Tues. 5/25, or is it just good if you do it on 5/24? It says between 5/23 – 5/25. I’m new at the whole rebate thing.

    • Cindy H.

You can purchase the items on the 25th and be fine.

  40. Cindy H.

    HELP!

I had my Rite Aid substitute Regenerist UV cream for the serum since they didn’t have any more in stock. They rang up using the serum barcode, but now I do not have the correct UPC to match up with my receipt. Can anyone post for me the serum UPC? Thanks!

    • Julie S.

I’m not sure which is which, but my barcodes were 075609-037696 and 075609-019326
Hopefully they’re the same as everyone elses!

      • Cindy H.

        Thank you, thank you!

  41. Olivia Smith

I went yesterday and instead of getting a serum I got another regenerist cream and now I notice that it won’t work with the SCR. I used coupons so there is NO way I could return them and then reuse the coupons, bummer! 🙁

  42. Mauri

I tried to do this deal yesterday, but they didn’t ring up at the sale price….they rang up at $29.99 Is this just a sale in some regions? I can still make this into a money maker with all my coupons, but it would be great to get an even better deal!!

  43. jessica

They rang up 29.99 for me too. Does anyone know where the sale price is printed. I was told they would match it if I could find it. I hope it isn’t regional!

  44. Jennifer

When I did this today I tried to separate out the transactions to use two $5/$20’s; and each item rang up at $29.99; not $22. Don’t know if it’s regional but in my area (Atlanta) you HAD to buy the two together to get the 2/$44 price.

It worked out OK; I just returned the first one after I realized what happened and bought the 2 together. I think I actually came out ahead because she refunded the full price; even though I used coupons.

  45. Ashleigh

I accidentally purchased two serums….and realized my olay rebate didn’t work. didn’t know you had to do one of each. is there any way to redo–exchange them for the rebate?

    • Julie S.

You could maybe submit the rebate on-line, and if you get denied, you could email them through the contact page, explaining confusion/out of stock/etc. Maybe you could ask about if you exchange one of the serums for the other item if they could accept the rebate, like how they do when people do them later (might have to fax the new/old receipts).
I haven’t had much luck with that recently. Once the store gave me the SCR when I printed out my online rebate status page, but another time the store just allowed me to return the product for the amount I paid, minus the coupon(s).
      Good luck.

  46. Kim

    $29.99 in TN too.

  47. heidi

I ran all over going to 4 rite aids to do this deal and none of them had the products – i really get soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sick of rite aid never having the rebate items. I have not shipped there for months and months for that very reason. I wasted so much time it was crazy. i say never again.

    • Sunny S.

Next time call ahead, that’s what I do b/c mine too is frequently out of the rebate products. Sometimes there not even marked.

  48. shelly J

i purchased the serum and cream and just got my notice on SCR from rite aid, said did not purchase correct items. should i call corporate? i did do 2 trans on 5-24 but i can’t see that being a problem.

  49. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

DANG! Just realized I bought two creams instead of one cream and one serum. Which means I don’t qualify for the rebate 🙁

  50. Meriele

umm I have a question about the $12 refund
Do I need to submit the form online and choose no thanks for the magazine subscription, and print that small form at the bottom and mail it?
Or do I choose no thanks for the magazine subscription, print the entire form, and mail it?
Or do I just print that small little form at the bottom and mail it?
    Thanks!:)
