Target Deals 6/6-6/12
Numerous readers are having issues with being able to stack a Target coupon and manufacturer coupon together on one item. Well, the good news is that Target’s coupon policy clearly states that you can use both coupons together on one item. Their policy also states that if the value of the coupon is higher then the value of the item, then they can adjust the coupon down. Plus, their coupon policy in now available to view online here and price matching policy here. Print them off and keep them with you every time you shop at Target. This week at the Target near my house I noticed new signs by the cash registers, stating their coupon policy!!! It said they are happy to stack a manufacturer coupon with a Target coupon- it made me smile 🙂
went to target this evening and used my $2.00 pampers whips coupon and it only took off

I’ve had that happen before only to realize it when I got home. Now I hand the coupons over to the cashier ONE AT A TIME so I can watch and make sure each one comes off correctly. Every time I apologize to the cashier and explain that I always have so many problems which is why I do it.
I can’t wait to try the Olay and ivory soap deal tomorrow morning at my Target. The manager at my store is going to have a fit that I am getting such a good deal!
Manager at my store wouldn’t allow me to use both coupons on this deal. She said Olay total effects is the qualifying purchase to get the ivory bar soap free and I can’t use the $4/1 Olay Total Effects coupon on top of it =(

i was able to do it but i had to get the bigger body wash (paid 1.89) because they said that they cant reduce the price of the coupon..idk it all depends on the person and store.. but no complaints got a big body wash and 10 bars of soap for 1.89.:)
That’s ridiculous, because there’s nowhere on the coupon that says you have to pay full price for the first item to get the second item for free. The BOGO coupon is for the Ivory, and the $4 coupon is for the Olay. That’s one coupon per item.
My Target wouldn’t let me use ANY of the coupons (I had 4). They wouldn’t let me use a coupon over the price of the item, and the supervisor came over and said since the coupon says “one per purchase” you can only use one coupon per transaction. So if even if I bought four of the bigger body washes I still would only be allowed to use 1 coupon…. WHAT?!?!?!
I reduced the price of my Fiber One cereal last week by buying the Shout trial size .97 and using the 1.00 TQ and .55 MQ!! That gives you .58 in overage! If you print out the .75 MQ that will give you .78 in overage! If you have multiple computers this could really reduce your total.

You may not be able to. Since both are Target Q’s and you can only use one Target Q and 1 Manu. on an item
My store said no way on the Scrubbing Bubbles gift card with the Power sprayer. They said the gift card “Target coupon” and the $3.00 off “Target coupon” couldn’t be combined. But it never hurts to try!
I wondered if that could be done, and I asked the cashier. He said it should work. It didn’t, so he tried to switch the order of the coupons. Then he pushed it through. It seems like it should be fine, although I understand the reasoning for it to not as well.
It worked for me, but my store is super coupon friendly. I used all three and they didn’t give me any problems.
I was able to make this a $3 moneymaker by using the $5/1 internet MFR coupon and pairing it with the $5 gift card Target coupon.
I can not figure out how to get the Scrubbing Bubbles Extend-a-Clean refil coupon. It says on here “bottom left corner” but I can’t figure it out. I signed up for the promotions on that page but no coupon so far. Anyone else have this issue?
Target will not allow coupons to be used on travel sizes. The cashier told me that you can not use coupons on travel sizes. I tried to show her on my coupon that it didn’t restrict size but she said it was Traget policy. No coupons on travel sizes. Interesting no.
I was told by a Target store manger last week that coupons can not be used on travel sized items. She said that the store had received an email from corporate telling them not to accept coupons on travel size because many coupons weren’t legitimate and they weren’t getting reimbursed for the coupons. I told her that my coupons were legitimate from the newspaper and didn’t exclude travel sizes. She still refused to take them. She told me to call corporate and talk to them about the policy. I haven’t called corporate because I expect I’ll just get some teenage CSR who doesn’t know any better than this manger did what the coupon policy really is.
I just had the same thing happen to me tonight (and rushed right home to post this LOL!). The cashier wouldn’t accept my $1/1 MQ’s for $.99 travel size Herbal Essences. I mentioned, “Oh, I thought you just adjusted the price down to .99”. Well, she called the manager over and she read the verbage at the bottom… and said, “Yeah we can’t take this on travel sizes. See, it even says ‘Redeem only by purchasing the BRAND sizes and quantities indicated’ (emphasis on ‘brand’)”. I really just stood there and stared at her, thinking wth are you talking about, ‘BRAND sizes’… it means brand of product… Herbal Essences, hello!!! …..Going to a different Target tmrw.
The coupon policy doesn’t say anything about not being allowed to use a coupon on a trial size. Print it out and show them. Also, per their coupon policy, Target DOES NOT HAVE to write the coupon down. It says the coupon MAY be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item, not that it MUST be reduced. So if you find a cashier that won’t push it through then just cancel the order and find another one who will give you the overage.
Add the corp. number to your cell and if they tell you to call corp. you can call on the spot while you are in the lane. Customer is always right that’s what I say. Be tuff and don’t settle for their crap.

I got a bunch of great deals at Target today including some travel sized items…Satin Care, Suave deoderant, Herbal Essence gel and Vaseline Aloe Fresh lotion. The cashier over rode all the travel size coupons (without decreasing the values) until she got to the 2 Aloe Fresh coupons. She said, “You didn’t have any Vaseline, did you?” I said I had the two small lotions. She told me the coupon couldn’t be used on travel sizes. I told her the coupons did not exclude travel sizes. She picked up the coupon too look at it but decided it was too much to read so she just went ahead and took them off. She told me they don’t take them since the item costs less than $1.00. I told her I thought their policy was to decrease the value of the coupon to make the item free but she just huffed away and took the $2.00 off.
When she gave me my final total ($6.04 down from $28.22 before coupons) I handed her a gift card. She let out a LOUD sigh and mumbled something like “it figures” but I couldn’t tell exactly what she said. Then she tried to scan it and she didn’t know what to choose on the screen that popped up on her register. She looked back at me and said “This is a gift card, isn’t it? How do you do it?” I just said, “I’m not sure” but I really wanted to add “you’re the one who works here, not me” but instead I was nice. I couldn’t believe how huffy she got when I gave her a gift card. I was expecting to have issues with using the coupons for my Scrubbing Bubbles starter kit and then the coupon for the free refill with starter kit purchase…not with using a gift card, lol.

Last week I was also told by a cashier that I couldn’t use my Herbal Essences coupon on a travel size…. I wrote a long e-mail to corporate, and I still haven’t received any sort of response. Does anyone know if Target even responds to e-mails?
I love my target. They usually know that you can stack coupons and they know to check to see if it says to restrict size.
One of my best friends actually work there and I was telling her about my couponing habit. She was like “DID YOU KNOW….you can use a target coupon with a manufacturers coupon??”

If you’re having trouble with your Target coupons being used…CALL or EMAIL CORPORATE!!!! I emailed and then talked to them last week due to a coupon problem, and the woman on the phone was super nice, knew their policy and everything. She asked what store this happened in, and what the name of the person was that had given me the problem. (I was using a valid coupon and he wouldn’t put it through for me; I’d run into him before with coupons)
She told me to keep their phone number and if I ever had problems using a coupon in Target, that I needed to call them while I was still in the store so I could get a resolution from corporate before I went home. She said they wanted their customers to use coupons to shop at their store for the things they needed as inexpensively as possible, that’s why they put coupons out there.
So please CALL and EMAIL!! It’s the only way to get them to know what’s going on in the store about using coupons. The cashiers aren’t going to tell them for us!

The Olay was not on sale at my store when I went there on Monday (6-7) but when I there today, it was marked at 3.68, not as a sale, but reg. price. They must have marked them differently in the past 2 days, and I was able to use the $4 off coupons.

I got an even better deal on the Eggo’s! I found $1/2 blinkies at one of my local grocery stores! So combine that with the Target sale and Q and I paid $.50 for two!

I went to the kids clearance and there was TONS of stuff there. I got 17 peices of Childrens clothing (summer shirts, pants, onsies) and used the $5 off $30 and got them all for $28 dollars! Loved this coupon for back to school clothes!!!
Last week I went to use a $1.00 coupon on Carefree pads which were .97 cents. The cashier told me I couldn’t use the coupon because it was more than the sale price. Am I doing something wrong?
I don’t think so? My target does not allow ‘overage’ so they change the price and write it on the coupon so I get the item free but don’t get any extra cents. (Which is funny because usually it’s about 2 cents!) I would talk to manager or corporate because they should be able to adjust it so you can USE the coupon. Good luck! I do not like the manager lady at my target so I almost dread using a bunch of coupons at one time. 🙁

My Target in Fort Wayne, Indiana had Pampers wipes marked down to $1.97….so they were FREE with the coupon. They also let me use the $1 Herbal Essence coupon on a trial size of hair gel. Another FREE item. Thanks for your website, Collin !

Today was my first Target coupon trip and it didn’t amount to anything. We only have 1 Target serving about 300,000 in our city and surrounding communities.
They were completely out of Scrubbing Bubbles and I couldn’t find any Trial Vaseline lotions.

Found some Ni Hao toys on clearane, $7.48 down from $29.99. Bought 2 and used the $3 Target coupon for a total of $5.98 ea.
can’t find target coupons
Manager at my store wouldn’t allow me to use both coupons on this deal. She said I could not use two manufacture coupons on the same item. Olay total effects is the qualifying purchase to get the ivory bar soap free and I can’t use the $4/1 Olay Total Effects coupon on top of it =( Nor would they let me use the scrubbing bubbles sprayer & refill coupons-saying I was not purchasing the “starter prayer kit” to get the free refill, but there is no “starter kit” you just start by buying the sprayer. I was so aggravated!!! Coupon nazis!!!
The same thing happened to me last night! And every coupon I gave her she actually went thru my bags to double check the product! I called her a coupon nazi under my breath with I am sure she heard! But, when I asked her to take off the Total Effects Body product and ivory soap…she forgot to take off the coupon, so I scored a $4 off for something that I didn’t even buy!
I was so excited for these deals! I love Target. However, my trip wasn’t great….many of the deals on here are not being offered at my Target—bummer!!!!!!!
The tortillas were gone. No Old El Paso taco shells. Doesn’t have yoplus yogurt or breyers. Green Giant veggies were $1.50–so I got them for $1.00 after my .50 coupon. Olay bodywash was NOT on sale. Eucerin no sale either. GE lightbulbs were not $2/each. Lysol wipes not $1.89. Bounty not on sale either. GRRR!! I was totally looking forward to getting some great deals and was disapointed by my Target not offering the same deals.

Jacksonville,Fla, NO olay deal at all! I was so bummed…where are these on sale?? I figured Free Olay was a deal almost too good to be true. 🙁 I need it too. Anyone else find it in Florida?

Target refused to use my coupons because they beeped and wouldnt scan!!!! And the manager wouldnt force them through even though i had the right items =( has this happen to anyone else?
Just wanted to add to the Huggies deal! If you use the Target $3.50/2 Diapers & Wipes plus the $3/1 Huggies Diapers plus $2/1 Huggies Wipes it = a pretty sweet deal. Mine went like this: I paid $8.99 for the diapers and $5.99 for the 185 count wipes = $14.98 minus $8.50 in coupons and my total was $6.48 or $3.24 each! Make sure you snag this deal by tomorrow though. My wipe coupons expire tomorrow on the 9th. :0)
I was able to use tons of coupons!!! I did have issues getting my free refill with my starter kit but I was persistent and got it!!! Do check your receipts closely she said one went through fine and one had beeped but no the only one that went through was the one she did… once again I was persistant and she handed me $3.94. So I spent $56 and saved $80!!! I bought the airwick machines and my bathrooms smell like peaches!! One is going to work since we need it bad there 🙁
Ok….I know many of you had this problem. I have the worst Target every. I try and try and try. They always give me grief. Tonight was the worst. I have been helping a few girlfriends trying to teach them to use coupons. So tonight was our first trip out. We of course tried to do this deal:

Final cost both items for ONLY $0.59 total!
And of course, they would not let me. So what do you do then?? I dont’ know what part of the policy covers this?
I went to the Target near my house – the Olay was not on sale but I bought it and bars of Ivory soap. When I got to the check out, the cashier said the coupon was only for 1 FREE BAR of Ivory soap. I said nicely, no look at the picture, and it says up to $3.00, he said I will do it THIS time, and proceeded to give me the coupon for $3.59 anyway?! Nothing was said about the trial size Vaseline I bought. He said “sorry, I don’t mean to give you a hard time, it’s just they give us such a hard time”. I said I understood, but my purchase was totally legitimate.

If you ladies printed off the manufacture huggies coupons a week or so ago on Target.com ($3 off hugies, and $1.00 off of a refill wipes) you can use those on top of the new target coupon $3.50 off of one huggies and one wipes. So You can get one package of diapers for $8.99 and a refill wipes for $5.99. Use the manufacture target logo coupons $3 off huggies, and $1 off refill wipes plus the target coupon $3.50 off huggies and wipes = $7.48 for both!
Meant to say they expire today, so if you haven’t used them it’s an awesome deal!
Hi, new here so please bear with me! So I understand that you can use a manufactures coupon & a Target coupon at the same time. So, I went to the Target website & printed off coupons and they look just like manufacturers coupons – they do not say “Target” on them anywhere. What am I missing? THANKS!
Not all the coupons listed on the Target website are Target coupons. Some are manufactures coupons that you can use anywhere. If it is a Target coupon it will print with TARGET COUPON on the top where it would normally say Manufactures Coupon. You can then use both a Target coupon and Manf. coupon on the same item. Hope that helps!

I’ve never been a big Target shopper before but check this out! The Scrubbing Bubbles Extended spray Daily Shower Cleaner was on clearance for $6.99. The refill $3.94. I was able to use the $3 off Target coupon on the sprayer, the $5 off mfg. coupon on the sprayer, the Buy the Sprayer get the refill FREE mfg. coupon and the $2 off any 2 Scrubbing Bubbles products!! $3.01 money maker just on these two products! OK! I’m hooked!
