i usually get the offers a week or 2 after i see Collin post about any Kraft First Taste offer.
I received my last set of coupons in the mail two days ago. Some very nice coupons! Unfortunately I don’t qualify today for this one :(.

Funny! I thought it looked like one of those fridge things…..like the country crock kind or bob evans…..found it today quite by accident at my walmart….$2….not bad with a $1.50 coupon!

I can’t find it either. I finally wrote FT to ask whether they’ve released this Mac & Cheese version in my area. Still waiting to hear from them. I wonder if the people that have found them were in the test marketing areas? I remember how I would tell all my friends about a great new sweetener (when it was released about ten years ago), but none of them could find it–Splenda took almost 1 year to reach some of my friends. So it might the reason some of us can’t find it yet. I’ll leave a post when I get a response from FT.
I found them down the same aisle as the regular mac and cheese boxes and rice products. 3 different flavors. My hubby is pretty picky and he really liked the Classic Cheese I got. Went back and bought the 3 cheese and the other flavor. Hope you all can find it! Pretty good deal for a side dish @.50 a bag!

I couldn’t find it in any grocery store in SC, but I finally came across it at target with the rest of the mac n cheeses!

Melissa & Amber, the same thing happened to my mom with the last release around 5/24. She emailed & called them to complain that we both got the free coupon offer via email at the same time. While we were on the phone together when we accessed our accounts at the same time…I got mine, but her offer wasn’t there–eventhough Kraft First Taste contacted her. That’s right within 45 minutes of getting the email, accessing her account–it went POOF…GONE! My sister got her email for the same offer 6+ hours later and her offer was there–just like mine.
Kraft’s reply to her was that the offers go fast. Which is not an answer in my opinion. We all live in a 20 mile radius, so it wasn’t a regional thing. Basically, they have no idea what happened!
What’s really suspect to me, now when my mom checks her account history, the offer appears, but she never got it?
Personally, I think they have some system problems that they won’t own up to. And the more people who complain, the better the chance it will get fixed.
I don’t like their system too. I’ve lost some because I was away from the computer for a few days and they were gone when I got back even though they were in my offers. Basically what they do is say…. toss out 500 coupons to 1000 people and say gets yours now or you lose!!! If their system has a glitch and someone gets stalled…well the others are snatchin’ up them 500 coupons while we’re left trying to figure out how to retrieve it..or have to call them to find out. Of course that wastes time, and they are gone before we get an answer. When we do.. its too late. 🙁
I wish if they are going to give coupons to select site members..just let it be that. 500 coupons..500 people etc.etc. I’ve never received some..others just $$ off..Never free 🙁 But the $$ off are pretty darn good and I’m glad to get them 🙂

I called (don’t email) customer service at Kraftfirsttaste and kindly told the woman the offer was in my account, but when I try to claim it I got an error message. I told her I didn’t want to lose out on my free coupons because their system is acting up. She sent the offers manually and said they would be in the mail soon. She also told me that there system was in fact having problems.
I tried to call the phone number on their site under contact us, and they said they don’t help with the website and I have to email instead??? If you see this, what number did you call? Thanks!!

I signed into mine and it also said I had the six free ones, but wouldn’t let me access them because of an error. I have never, ever, gotten an email from FT. Is this normal?
I received that error as well. Just got off the phone with their customer service and the lady I spoke with took my information and said that they’d process the coupons then have someone from “that dept” contact me via email as to why the error occured. When she asked what the error said, she seems to have heard this complaint already tonight. Must be happening to lots of us !
It said I had a new offer which was the coupon for the minis – but when I tried to print it said I had already printed. 🙁

I had the offer for the cream cheese, but when I tried to print, it was an “old” coupon that I had printed when they offered it to me before! 🙁 So if you have already been offered one, print this one from another computer.
I need to keep checking this every week or so too! On a side note, I got a coupon in the mail for FREE Genesis today juice that I signed up for through Facebook a while back. I saw this at Walmart the other day it was about $6 a jug, so I’m glad to have the free coupon!

The last set of coupons (Kool Aid Fizzer things and stuff) I did not get in the mail like everyone else did. Mine were just like these, print them for $1 off or whatever the values were. Wonder why? Guess they just like all of you better haha 🙂

I called and talked to a young man who claimed that with the website it is all done via email and that there was nothing he could do. I told him I figured there was only so many coupons out there and I didn’t want to miss out and it didn’t make a difference. I may call back again and see if someone else would be more helpful.
I think I talked to the same guy… Why have a phone number to contact if they can’t acually help you? 🙂
I tried again about an hour ago and it errored, then tried again just now and it WORKED!!! Still no email back from them, but not needed now. I hope it works for others now, too!
Thanks Collin…I had them and its nice because my kids are out of school starting today and we needs snacks and cream cheese for their bagels!!! Awesome when I get a deal I something I needed to buy anyways!!!

I really don’t like first taste. I mean, they glitch all the time, and sometimes they offer good coupons, but it always says error. Sometimes they don’t offer good coupons at all. I really don’t bother checking it at all. I didn’t get the free coupons, but i realy don’t care because i don’t like kraft, period. (Except for mac and cheese, thats a classic :D)

The Oreo Cakesters are horrible..really bad. My son wouldn’t even eat them and he eats everything. So don’t feel like you lost out if you didn’t get those coupons.
I can’t find the mini cream cheese in my stores in AZ. Anyone else seen them before?
I tried and tried yesterday to get my first taste offers, and it kept erroring. So I just tried this morning, and VOILA! worked perfect!!
